Abstract
본 발명은 액정 폴리우레탄, 액정 폴리우레탄 조성물 및 액정 폴리우레탄으로 구성된 광학 데이타 기억을 장치에 있어서 상기 액정 폴리우레탄은 메소겐그룹으로 구성된 측쇄를 가지고 광의 영향하에 이성체화 하지 않는 클리어 폴리우레탄이며 광학 데이타 기억에 매우 적합하게 사용될 수 있고 필름이 상기 액정 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레탄 조성물을 함유하고 광학 데이타 기억용 장치가 상기 액정 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레탄 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (14)
- 측쇄내에 하기 일반식을 만족하는 메소겐 그룹을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄:상기식에서 R : -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,-CN 또는 -CF3; R2는 -H 또는 1-3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 나타낼 수 있지만 R1과 무관하게 선택되고; Q는 폴리우레탄의 주된 사슬에 메소겐 그룹을 연결하는 단량체 라디칼; n은 0 또는 1; m은 0 또는 1; y는 0 내지 3의 정수; p는 2 내지 4의 정수; R4는 1-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹이고; X는 0 내지 6의 정수; Z는
- 제1항에 있어서, 메소겐 그룹을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 디올과 디이소시아네이트를 중합시켜서 얻어지고 하기 일반식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄:상기식에서 R1은 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,-CN 또는 -CF3; R2는 -H 또는 1-3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 나타낼 수 있지만 R1과 무관하게 선택되고; n은 0 또는 3정수; p는 2 내지 4의 정수; R4는 1-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹이고; X는 0 내지 6의 정수; Z는,이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디올이 하기 일반식 7을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄:상기식에서 R1은 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,-CN 또는 -CF3; R2는 -H 또는 1-3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 나타낼 수 있지만 R1과 무관하게 선택되고; n은 0 또는 1; y는 0 내지 3의 정수; p는 2 내지 4의 정수; R4는 3-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹이고; X는 0 내지 6의 정수이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디올이 하기 일반식 8을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄상기식에서 R1은 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,-CN 또는 -CF3; R2는 -H 또는 1-3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 나타낼 수 있지만 R1과 무관하게 선택되고; n은 0 또는 1; y는 0 내지 3의 정수; p는 2 내지 4의 정수; R4는 n=1이라면 4-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R4는 n=0이라면 5-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; X는이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디올이 하기 일반식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정측쇄 폴리우레탄:상기식에서 R1은 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,-CN 또는 -CF3; R2는 -H 또는 1-3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 나타낼 수 있지만 R1과 무관하게 선택되고; n은 0 또는 1; y는 0 내지 3의 정수; p는 2 내지 4의 정수; R4는 n=1이라면 4-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; R4는 n=0이라면 12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹; T는이다.
- 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아테이트, 파라페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, 크릴셀 디이소시아네이트, 시클로헥실 디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄.
- 상기 조성물이 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 및 적외선 흡수 염료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적외선 흡수 염료가 폴리우레탄으로 공유로 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적외선 흡수 염료가 스쿠아릴륨 또는 크로코늄 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적외선 염료가 스쿠아릴륨 또는 크로코늄 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 측쇄 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레탄 조성물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 필름.
- 액정 기억 매기물이 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 액정 폴리우레탄 또는 액정 폴리우레탄 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 상태 레이저 및 액정 기록 매개물로 구성된 광학 데이타 기억용 장치.
- 유연성이 없는 디이소시아네이트와 유연성이 있는 디이소시아네이트의 결합이 사용되고 유연성이 없는 디이소시아네이트 대 유연성이 있는 디이소시아네이트의 비가 달라지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리우레탄의 Tg를 조정하는 방법.
- 길게 늘어진 알킬 사슬을 가진 디올과 짧게 늘어진 알킬 사슬을 가진 디올의 배합물이 사용되고 상기 타입의 디올의 비가 달라지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리우레탄의 Tg를 조정하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
