제1도는 본 발명에 따라 적절히 사용될 수 있는, 2개의 아크릴레이트-에스테르 그룹을 갖는 액정 화합물의 구조식이고,
제2도는 적합한 키랄 도판트(dopant)의 구조식이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 배향된 물질의 열 팽창을 나타낸다.
Claims (6)
- 유리 전이온도 미만의 온도에서, 서로 수직인 두 방향에서의 선형 열팽창 계수가 상기 두 방향에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 제3방향에서의 열팽창 계수보다 펙터 3이상만큼 더 작고, 나선형 배열을 갖는 중합체 망상 조직을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분자 배향된 합성 수지 조성물.
- 유리 전이온도 미만의 온도에서, 클래딩의 평면에 대해 평행하고 서로 수직인 두 방향에서의 선형 열팽창 계수가 클래딩이 평면에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 제3방향에서의열팽창 계수보다 펙터 3이상만큼 더 작고, 나선형 배열을 갖는 중합체 망상조직을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분자 배향된 합성 수지 조성물의 클래딩.
- 경화성 합성 수지 조성물에 키랄 도판트를 함유시키고, 경화성 합성 수지 조성물의 분자들을 나선형으로 배열시킨 다음. 합성 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 중합체 망상 조직을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여 액정 경화성 합성 수지 조성물을 경화시킴으로써, 제1항 또는 제2항에서 청구된 분자 배향된 합성 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 경화성 합성 수지 조성물이 2개 이상의 아클릴레이트-에스테르 그룹을 갖는 화합물로 이루어진 액정 단량체 또는 올리고머를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 합성 수지 조성물을 두 기판 사이에 배열시키고, 경화성 합성 수지 조성물이 접촉된 기판 각각의 표면을 한 방향으로 마찰시킴으로써 나선형 배열이 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 수지 조성물이 화학선 조사에 의해 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
