Abstract

본 발명은 15-50중량%의 고성능 계면활성제계-선별된 에톡실화알콜 비이온 계면활성제 및 임의선택적인 소량의 1급 알클황산염-과 20-60중량%의 제올라이트를 함유하는 뛰어난 유동특성을 가지는 입자상 고밀도 세제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 에톡실화 비이온 계면활성제는 바람직하게 피크된 에톡실화 분포를 가지며 제올라이트는 최대 알루미늄 제올라이트 P인 것이 유리하다. 본 조성물은 고속 혼합기/과립화기를 사용하여 응집화 공정에 의해 제조되는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 다음과 같은 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 650g/ℓ 이상의 벌크밀도를 가지는 입자 세제조성물, (a) 다음과 같은 물질로 구성되는 계면활성제계 15-50중량% (i) 평균에톡실화도가 6.5 이하인 1차 C8-C18알콜인 에톡실화 비이온 계면활성제(계면활성제계의 60-100중량%) (ii) 1급 C8-C18알킬황산염(계면활성제계의 0-40중량%) (b) 제올라이트 20-60중량% (c) 임의의 기타 세정성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제계 (a)는 0.1-35중량%의 알킬황산염(ii)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제계는 알킬황산염(ii)을 함유하여 에톡실화 알콜(i)은 3-6.5의 평균 에톡실화도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제계는 알킬 황산염(ii)을 함유하지 않으며 에톡실화알콜(i)은 4-6.5의 평균 에톡실화도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자세제조성물.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 에톡실화 알콜의 13중량% 이상은 단일 에톡실화종에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자세제조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단일에톡실화종은 알콜 1몰당 4 또는 5의 에톡실화 단위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에톡실화 비이온 계면활성제는 4-5의 범위내의 평균 에톡실화도를 가지는 단일물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 규소 대 알루미늄 비가 1.33이하인 제올라이드 P인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 1-5중량%의 지방산 비누를 분말 구조화제로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 세제조성물.
  10. 고속혼합기/과립화기내에서 제올라이트, 에톡실화알콜, 1급 산 또는 염 형태의 알킬 황산염(함유되는 경우) 및 임의선택적인 기타 상용가능한 성분을 혼합 및 과립화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 입자 세제조성물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 다음과 같은 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법, (i)계면활성제계를 균질한 액체 혼합물의 형태로 만든다. (ii)이 균질한 액체 계면활성제 혼합물을 고속 혼합기내에서 제올라이트 및 기타 고체 물질과 응집시킨다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 균질한 액체 계면활성제 혼합물은 지방산 및 알칼리, 또는 지방산 비누를 또한 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
