Abstract

전기 블레이드 퓨즈는 위아래가 모두 밀봉되어 있기 때문에, 일단 용융된 퓨즈 재료는 빠져나올 수 없어, 다른 전기 회로들 또는 퓨즈의 터미널들 자체를 단락시키지 않는다. 퓨즈의 커버는 퓨즈 공동을 밀폐하며, 커버를 제위치에 보지시키고 그 자리에서 퓨즈의 태스트를 허용하는 태스트 전극들의 역할을 하도록 변형된 퓨즈 터미널의 태브 부분들을 이용하므로써 제위치에 유지된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 한쌍의 하부 구멍들 및 공통의 상부 개구로 서로 통하는 내부 공동을 갖는 절연 하우징 ; 각각 하부 구멍들중의 하나를 통하여 연장하고 주어진 전류 Ⅰ에 관련하여 I2R의 가열에 의해 정확한 온도에서 용융하도록 정확한 저항 R을 제공하는 단면의 퓨즈 용융부에 의해 함께 연결된 한쌍의 터미널 부재를 포함하고, 또한 상기 터미널 부재들 및 퓨즈 용융부와 일체를 이루어 상기 터미널 부재들의 반대쪽으로 연장하는 한쌍의 태브를 포함하는 상기 공동에 끼워진 터미널 소자 ; 및 용융된 퓨즈 재료를 상기 하우징의 내부적으로 제한하고 상기 태브들을 상기 퓨즈를 테스트하는 테스트 점들로 제공하기 위해, 상기 태브 부재들이 커버의 구멍을 통해 연장하여 하우징에 대해 커버를 상기 개구 안에 고착시키시 위해 접혀지도록 상기 태브 부재들을 수용하는 구멍들을 가지며, 상기 하우징 의 상부 개구에 끼워지는 절연 커버를 포함하는 전기 블레이드 퓨즈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 커버가 접혀진 태브들을 수용하는 오목부를 포함하므로써, 태브들이 상기 하우징의 윤곽내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 블레이트 퓨즈.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 재료가 터미널 부재들 주위에 꼭 죄도록 성형되어, 용융된 퓨즈 재료가 상기 터미널 부재들을 단락시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 블레이드 퓨즈.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 공동이 상기 터미널 부재를 단락시키지 않고, 용융된 퓨즈 자료를 용이하게 수용할 수 있는 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 블레이트 퓨즈.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 부재들이 하우징 구멍들과 맞물리는 래치들을 포함하며, 하우징과 맞물림을 통해 상기 하우징에서의 이동에 대해서 상기 터미널 소자들을 한 방면에서 고착시킬 수 있고, 상기 태브들이 상기 커버와의 맞물림을 통해 상기 터미널 소자들을 상기 이동 및 상기 하우징에 대해 다른 방면에서 고착시키도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 블레이드 퓨즈.
