Abstract

본 발명에 따른 회로차단기는 케이스와 커버로 이루어진 절연물의 용기와, 이 용기내에 수납된 개폐기구와, 이 용기 내부를 구획하여 케이스의 요부를 형성하는 격벽과, 카세트화한 부속품이 착탈가능하게 장착되는 절연물의 베이스를 구비한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 케이스와 커버로 이루어진 절연물의 용기와, 상기 용기내의 수납된 개폐기구와, 상기 용기내부를 구획하여 상기 케이스의 요부를 형성하는 격벽과, 카세트화한 부속품이 착탈가능하게 장착되고, 상기 커버에 형성된 상기 요부에 착탈가능하게 장착되는 절연물의 베이스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부속품은 공통 베이스로서의 상기 베이스에 장착된 복수개의 부속품으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 개구부가 형성된 커버측벽을 가지고, 상기 베이스는 홈이 형성된 베이스측벽을 가지며, 상기 베이스측벽은 상기 커버측벽에 형성된 상기 개구부와 대면하고, 상기 홈은 상기 부속품의 리드선을 수납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베이스에 착탈가능하게 결합되어 상기 부속품의 상기 리드선을 유지하는 커버부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베이스에 착탈가능하게 결합되어 상기 부속품의 상기 리드선을 유지하는 단자보드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐기구의 측면에 배설되고, 상기 개폐기구의 래치와 일체로 회전하는 래치핀에 동축으로 연결된 조작축에 의해 조작되는 경보스위치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개폐기구의 측면에 배설된 트립장치 및 경보스위치를 구비하고, 상기 개폐기구의 래치핀과 이리체로 회전하는 래치핀에 공축으로 연결된 조작축에 의해 상기 트립장치를 리세트하고, 상기 경보스위치를 조작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경보스위치 후방에 배설되고, 가동접촉자를 지지하는 홀더로 조작되는 보조스위치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 래치핀의일단부에 연결되어 축방향을 따라서 U자형 홈을 갖는상간피스를 구비하고, 상기 U자형 홈에 일단을 삽입하여 홈에 상기 조작축을 상기 래치핀에 연결하는 동시에 상기 조작축의 타단을 상기 커버 및 케이스중 하나에 형성된 홈에 결합시키며, 또한 상기 조작축을 상기 베이스에 형성된 홈에서 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조작축을 상기 베이스에 파지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로차단기가 “온”상태 또는“오프”상태에 있는 경우에는 부속품을 탑재한 상기 베이스를 상기 커버에 장착하거나 상기 커버로부터 상기 베이스를 제거하는 것이 방지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로차단기가 “온”상태 또는 “오프”상태에 있는 경우에는 상기 커버에 장착된 상기 베이스체 상기 부속품을 장착하거나, 상기 베이스로부터 상기 부속품을 제거하는 것이 방지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  13. 케이스와 커버로 이루어진 절연물의 용기와, 상기 용기에 수납되고, 래치를 갖는 계폐기구와, 부속품을 착탈가능하게 장착하는 케이스의 요부를 상기 용기내부를 구획하여 형성하는 격벽과, 트립장치와, 상기 트립장치에 대해 상호 인접한 위치관계를 가지면서 상기 트립장치와 함께 상기 개폐기구 측면에 배설되는 경보스위치와, 상기 계폐기구의 상기 래치와 함께 일체로 회전하는 래치핀과, 상기 래치핀에 동축으로 연결되어 상기 트립장치을 리세트하고, 상기 경보스위치를 조작하는 조작축을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
