Abstract

본 발명은 특히 음극 전기코팅용 열경화성 코팅 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 이것은 (A) 기능 기를 가지는 사슬 또는 단계 성장 중합반응 생성물 50 내지 95중량%와 (B) 25% 미만의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 이소시아네이트의 혼합물 50 내지 5중량%로 이루어진다.

Claims (11)

  1. (A) 기능 기를 가지는 50 내지 95중량%의 사슬 또는 단계 성장 중합반응 생성물과, (B) 교차결합제로서 50 내지 5중량%의 차단된 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 열 경화성 코팅 조성물로서, 교차결합제는 하기 식
  3. (상기 식에서 n은 0 내지 10이다)의 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물을 포함하며, n이 0인 경우에는 25%미만의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물이 5 내지 20%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물이 5%미만의 디페닐메탄 2, 4'-디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물이 25℃에서 1500 내지 12,000mPa.s 범위의 점도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 알코올, 아민 또는 옥심 또는 이것들의 혼합물로 차단된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸에테르, 디부틸아민, 메틸 에틸 케특심, 디알릴아민 또는 이것들의 혼합물로 차단원 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  9. 추가로 색소, 충전제, 부식억제제, 통상의 코팅보조제 및/또는 용매들 함유할 수 있는, 수분산액형태의 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 코팅 조성물의, 전기전도성 기판의 음극 전기코팅을 위한 용도.
  10. 제1항의 코팅 조성물을 사용하여 얻을 수 있는 코팅된 물품.
