Abstract

본 발명은 종방향 연장부재를 척주와 맞물릴 수 있는 후크부를 가지는 상입 후크 조립체를 포함한, 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치이다. 후크부에서 상향으로 연장되는 몸체는 몸체를 관통하여 연장되는 단부가 개방된 홈을 가지며, 호드 또는 종방향 부재를 개구측면을 관통하는 홈내로 이동시키기 위해 한측면을 따라 개방된다. 단부캡은 상향의 측면개구부에 접근시키기 위해 몸체와 맞물릴 수 있으며, 조임고정 부재 또는 조절나사는 로드를 몸체내의 홈에 고정시키기 위해 단부캡의 중심에 배치된다. 단부캡과 몸체는 베이어닛 연결기, 선형캠연결기 또는 나사식 연결기둥을 포함한 상이한 종류의 연결기로 상호 연결될 수 있다.

Claims (19)

  1. 종방향 연장 부재를 척주에 대하여 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 몸체를 관통하여 연장하며, 종방향 연장 부재가 홈내로 이동 가능하도록 한 측면을 따라 개구되고, 측면 개구부를 가지는 단부가 개방된 홈을 구비한 몸체와, 상기 측면 개구부와 상호 교차되고, 상기 몸체의 제1측면에 형성된 제1단부 개구부와, 상기 제1 및 제2단부 개구부를 통과하여 상기 몸체의 제1 및 제2측면에서 연장되고 종방향연장부재가 상기 개구부를 통하여 홈내로 이동가능하도록, 상기 측면 개구부와 상호 교차되고 제1측면에서 대향한 몸체의 제2측면에 형성된 제2단부 개구부와, 상기 개구부에서 대향한 상기 몸체의 측면에서 연장되고, 척주와 연결가능한 연결기요소와, 상기 몸체에서 이격된 풀림 위치와, 상기 몸체내의 측면 개구부를 횡단하여 연장하고 상기 몸체를 최소한 부분적으로 에워싸는 맞물림 위치 이동가능한 단부 캡과, 상기 단부캡이 맞물림 위치에 있을 때 상기 몸체와 상기 단부캡을 해제가능하게 연결시키는 연결수단, 및 상기 단부캡이 맞물림 위치에 있을 때, 상기 몸체에 기대어 있는 홈내에 배치된 종방향 연장부재를 고정시키기 위해 상기 단부 캡에 대하여 이동될 수 있고, 상기 단부캡의 중심에 배치되는 조임 고정부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장 부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결기 수단은 상기 몸체의 외측에 형성된 제1리터이너면과 상기 단부캡의 내측에 형성된 제2리터이너면을 구비하며, 상기 제1 및 제2리테이너면은 풀림위치에서 맞물림위치로 상기 단부캡이 이동할 때 상기 단부캡과 상기 몸체를 연결시키기 위해 서로 맞물릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1리테이너면은 선형의 캠면이고, 종방향 연장 부재가 홈내에 있을 때 종방향 연장부재의 중심축에 예각으로 기울어진 종축을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1리테이너면은 상기 몸체의 외측으로부터 돌출되고 상기 몸체의 외측 둘레로 적어도 일부 방향이 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1리테이너면은 상기 몸체 둘레로 연장되는 수나사 나선부이고, 상기 제2리테이너면은 상기 단부 캡에 배치된 암나사 나선부인 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조임고정부재는 종방향 연장부재가 흠내에 잇을 때 상기 몸체와 종방향 연장부재를 고정시키기 위해 상기 단부 캡에 대하여 회전될 수 있는 단일의 조절나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 상기 측면 개구부의 대향 특면상에 배치된 제1 및 제2플랜지를 구비하며, 상기 단부 캡은 기저부와, 상기 기저부의 제1측면에 인접하여 배치되어 연결된 제1리테이너면 및, 상기 기저부의 제2측면에 인접하여 배치되어 연결된 제2리테이너면을 포함하며, 상기 제1플랜지는 상기 제1리테이너면과 맞물릴 수 있고, 상기 제2플랜지는 상기 제2리테이너면과 맞물릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 상기 측면 개구부의 대향 측면상에 위치하고 상기 제1 및 제2플랜지상에 배치된 제1 및 제2단부면 영역을 포함하며, 상기 단부 캡의 상기 기저부는 상기 제1 및 제2플랜지를 상기 단부 캡에 대하여 상기 몸체에 위치시키도록 상기 제1 및 제2단부면 영역에 의해 맞물릴 수 있는 위치설정면 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재는 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.

  19. 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 몸체를 관통하여 연장하는 단부가 개방된 홈과 종방향 연장부재가 홈내로 이동가능하도록 한 측면을 따라 개구된 측면을 구비한 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 측면에서 연장되고, 척주와 상기 몸체를 연결시키기 위해 척주와 연결가능한 연결기요소와, 상기 몸체내의 측면 개구부를 횡단하여 연장하는 단부 캡을 포함하며, 상기 단부 캡은 상기 몸체상에 있는 제1 및 제2플랜지와 상기 단부캡상에 있는 제1 및 제2리테이너면을 포함하는 베이어닛 연결부를 구비하며, 상기 제1플랜지는 상기 제1리테이너면과 맞물릴 수 있고, 상기 제2플랜지는 상기 단부캡과 상기 몸체를 해체가능하게 상호 연결시키기 위해 상기 몸체에 대하여 상기 단부캡이 회전될 때 상기 제2리테이너면과 맞물릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 연장부재를 척주에 대해 소정의 위치에 유지하기 위한 장치.
