Abstract
본 발명은 탄소 0.05 내지 0.15, 실리콘 2.5 내지 3.0, 망간 0.2 내지 0.5, 인 최대 0.015, 황 최대 0.005, 크롬 25 내지 30, 철 20 내지 27, 알루미늄 0.05 내지 0.15, 칼슘 0.001 내지 0.005, 희토류 0.05 내지 0.15 질소 0.05 내지 0.20, 잔여 니켈 및 용융에 의한 통상적인 불순물(이상 중량%)로 이루어지는 열 성형가능한 내열성 오스테나이트 니켈 합금에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 합금 A와 합금 B의 내황화 양상을 비교한 도면임.
제3도는 100℃ 대기중에서 합금 A와 합금 B의 주기적 산화양상을 비교한 도면임.
Claims (6)
- 탄소 0.05 내지 0.15, 실리콘 2.5 내지 3.0, 망간 0.2 내지 0.5, 인 최대 0.015, 황 최대 0.005, 크롬 25 내지 30, 철 20 내지 27, 알루미늄 0.05 내지 0.15, 칼슘 0.001 내지 0.005, 희토류 0.05 내지 0.15 질소 0.05 내지 0.20, 잔여 니켈 및 용융에 의한 통상적인 불순물로 이루어짐을 (이상 중량%)특징으로 하는 열 성형가능한 내열성 오스테나이트 니켈 합금.
- 특히 주기적인 응력과 함께 500 내지 1000℃의 온도범위에서 탄화, 황화 및 산화에 대해 저항적이어야 하는 물품을 생산하기 위한 재료로서의 제1항에 따른 오스테나이트 니켈 합금의 용도.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열 폐기 처리용 설비 및 이러한 설비의 부품을 생산하기 위한 재료로서의 제1항에 따른 오스테나이트 니켈 합금의 용도.
- 제2항에 있어서, 석탄 기체화를 위한 설비 및 이러한 설비의 부품을 생산하기 위한 재료로서의 제1항에 따른 오스테나이트 니켈 합금의 용도.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열 도체용 재료로서의 제1항에 따른 오스테나이트 니켈 합금의 용도.
