Abstract
은-산화물계 전기 접점재료의 내용착성과 내소모성을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 하며, 은-산화물계 전기 접점재료는, 중량%로, Sn: 4-11%, In: 1-5%, Te: 0.05-4%를 함유하고, 필요에 따라서는, (a) Fe, Ni, Co 중의 1종류나 또는 2종류 이상: 0.01-1%, (b) Cd: 0.05-3%의, (a)와 (b)중에서의 어느 한쪽이나 또는 양쪽 모두를 함유하며, 나머지가 Ag와 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 Ag 합금을, 내부 산화처리를 하므로써 만들어진다.

Claims (4)
- Sn: 4-11중량%, In: 1-5중량%, Te: 0.05-4중량%를 함유하며, 나머지가 Ag와 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 Ag 합금을 내부 산화처리를 하여, 내용착성과 내소모성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는, 온-산화물계 전기 접점재료.
- Sn: 4-11중량%, In: 1-5중량%, Te: 0.05-4중량%를 함유하고, 또, Fe, Ni, Co중의 1종류나 또는 2종류 이상을 0.01중량% 함유하며, 나머지가 Ag와 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 Ag 합금을 내부 산화처리를 하여, 내용착성과 내소모성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는, 온-산화물계 전기 접점재료.
- Sn: 4-11중량%, In: 1-5중량%, Te: 0.05-4중량%, Cd: 0.05-3중량%를 함유하며, 나머지가 Ag와 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 Ag 합금을 내부 산화처리를 하여, 내용착성과 내소모성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는, 온-산화물계 전기 접점재료.
