Abstract

본 발명은 각인에 의하지 않고, 불소수지도료조성물을 사용해서 눈금등의 표시를 행하는 것이며, 표시는 마모의 우려가 없고, 또한 선명하며, 수지의 접착력은 충분한 불소수지피복물을 얻고자 하는 것이다.
즉 주로 계면활성제로 이루어진 분사매에 불소수지입자 및 안료입자가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소수지도료조성물 및 그것을 사용한 피복물을 제공한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 주로 계면활성제로 이루어진 분산매에 불소수지입자 및 안료입자가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소수지도료조성물.
  2. 불소수지피복물의 불소수지층위에, 청구범위 제1항 기재의 불소수지도료조성물을 똑같이, 혹은 눈금, 모양, 문자 등의 형상으로 피복하고, 또 그위에 실질적으로 안료나 접착제 등을 함유하지 않은 불소수지조성물을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 피복물.
  3. 미세한 오목볼록을 가진 기재상에 청구범위 제1항 기재의 불소수지도료조성물을 똑같이, 혹은 눈금, 모양, 문자 등의 형상으로 피복하고, 또 그위에 실질적으로 안료나 접촉제등을 함유하지 않은 불소수지조성물을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 피복물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 기재와의 접착력 또는 불소수지층간 접착력이 1.5kg/cm이상이며 또한 JISK5400-1990.8.5.2에 규정된 바둑판눈금 테이프법을 반복 10회 행한 후의 부착성평가 점수가 8점이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복물.
