Claims (10)

  1. 제1힌지편(2)이 회전축선을 중심으로 하여 회전운동토록 제2힌지편(1)에 연결되고, 각 힌지편이 회전축선을 따라 간격을 두고 한쌍의 대향된 암(11,12,22,23)이 연장된 동체 부분으로 구성되며,일측 힌지편의 각 암이 타측 힌지편의 각 암에 힌지수단으로 연결되고, 각 힌지수단은 타측 힌지편의 해당하는 암에서 회전각 운동을 위하여 축설된 일측함의 힌지핀(5,6)으로 구성되며, 힌지수단은 힌지핀(5,6)이 호전측선을 따라 힌지편이 상대적으로 떨어지도록 이동하므로서 이들의 각 암으로부터 후퇴될 수 있도록 배설된 형태의 차량도어용 리프트-오프형 힌지에 있어서, 제1힌지편(2)에 그 암 (11과 12)에 대하여 내측으로 연장되고 그 선단부(19)에서 힌지의 완전 개방위치를 결정하는 정지부를 형성하도록 고정면(30)과 협동하는 연장편(18)이 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량도어용 리프트-오프형 힌지.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 연장편(18)이 저지부를 형성하도록 협동하는 고정면(30)이 제2힌지편의 동체(1)의 일부임을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  3. 청구범위 1또는 2항에 있어서, 제1힌지편으리 연장편(18)과 제2힌지편의 동체(1)사이에 정지부를 형성하는 접촉점이 제2힌지편의 암(22와 23)사이에 축방향으로 놓여 있음을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  4. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1힌지편의 연장편(18)이 제1힌지편의 암(11)에 일체로 연장되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  5. 청구범위 1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 힌지편이 단일체의 금속프레스 성형물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  6. 청구범위 1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 힌지편이 단일체의 금속단조물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  7. 제1힌지편(2)이 회전축선을 중심으로 하여 회전운동토록 제2힌지편(1)에 연결되고, 각 힌지편이 회전축선을 따라 간격을 두고 한싸의 대향된 암(11,12,22,23)이 연장된 동체부분으로 구성되며, 일측 힌지편의 각 암의 타측 힌지편의 각 암에 힌지수단으로 연결되고, 각 힌지수단을 타측 힌지편의 해당하는 암에서 회전 각운동을 위하여 축설된 일측 암의 힌지핀(5,6)으로 구성되며, 힌지수단은 힌지핀(5,6)이 회전축선을 따라 힌지편이 상대적으로 떨어지도록 이동하므로서 이들의 각 암으로부터후퇴될 수 있도록 배설된 형태의 차량도어용 리프트-오프형 힌지의 힌지편(2)에 있어서, 암(11와 2)에 대하여 내측으로 연장된 연장편(18)이 구비되어 있고, 이 연장편의 선단부(19)는 힌지의 완전개방위치를 결정하는 정지부를 형성토록 고정면(30)과 협동할수 있게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량도어용 리프트-오프형 힌지의 힌지편.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 연장편(18)이 힌지편(2)의 암(11)에 일체로 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지편.
  9. 청구범위 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 힌지편(2)이 단일체의 금속프레스 성형물임을 특징으로 하는 힌지편.
  10. 청구범위 제7또는 8항에 있어서, 힌지편(2)이 단일체의 금속 단조물임을 특징으로 힌지편.
