Claims (2)

  1. 캐비티와 게이트를 구비하는 반도체 몰딩장치에 있어서, 상기 게이트를 상기 캐비티의 일측면에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 몰드게이트 배치방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트가 상기 캐비티의 반대측 측면으로부터 가장 가까운 거리에 있음을 특징으로 하는 몰드게이트 배치방법.
