Claims (10)
- 정전 잠상이 형성되는 정전잠상 이송 동체수단, 정전기적으로 대전된 1-성분 형상제를 사용하여 상기동체의 정전잠상을 대전된 가시상으로 정전기적으로 현상하기 위한 현상수단, 및 상기의 현상수단에 의해 현상된 대전된상을 상기의 동체수단으로 부터 기록매체까지 정전기적으로 전이시키기 위한 전이수단으로 구성되되, 상기의 현상수단은 상기의 현상제를 혼입하여 현상제층을 형성하고, 상기 현상제층을 상기와 동체수단에 접촉시켜 잠상을 현상하기 위한 전도성 현상 롤러부재와, 상기 현산 롤러의 탄성적으로 계합되어 현장제층의 두께를 균일하게 조정하기 위한 전도성 조절칼날부재, 및 상기의 조절 칼날부재에 전기에너지를 인가하여 전하 주입효과에 의해 현상제층을 전기적으로 대전시키기 위한 전원을 포함하고, 상기의 전이수단은 상기 동체수단과 접촉하는 전도성 전이롤러 수단과, 상기 동체수단과 전도성 전이 롤러수단과간의 틈을 통한 기록매체를 통과할시 대전된 가시상과 반대의 극성인 전기전하를 갖는 기록매체를 제공하기 위해 전도성 전이롤러 부재에 전기에너지를 인가하기 위한 전원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 현상롤러 부재는 전도성 기포 고무롤러 부재로 형성되고, 상기의 조절 칼날 부재는 전도성 스테인레스 강판부재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 전도성 전이롤러 부재는 전도성 기포고무 롤러부재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 동체수단은 전기적으로 대전된 영역이 잠상의 형성을 위해 발생될 수 있도록한 감광동체 수단으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 감광 동체수단위에 전기적으로 대전된 영역을 발생시키기 위한 대전기수단을 또한 포함하되, 상기의 대전기 수단은 전도성 접촉형 대전기 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 현상롤러 부재는 전도성 기포고무 롤러부재로 형성하고, 상기의 조절 칼날부재는 전도성 스테인레스 강판부재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 전도성 전이 롤러부재는 전도성 기포고무 롤러 부재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 전도성 접촉형 대전기수단은 전도성 회전형 브러쉬 대전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 현상롤러 부재는 전도성 기포고무 롤러 부재로 형성되고, 상기의 조절 칼날 부재는 전도성 스테인레스강판부재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전사진 기록장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 전도성 전이롤러 부재는 전도성 기포고무 롤러 부재는 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 기록장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
