제2도는 실시예의 투수성 콘크리트 블록의 제조공정도,
제3도는 형 매입 공정의 설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 시멘트를 바인더로하여 골재끼리 접합시킨 투수성 콘크리트 블록에 있어서, 블록의 표면쪽을 연마한 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 콘크리트 볼록.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 블록의 표면쪽 부위의 골재를 기타 부위의 골재와 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 콘크리트 블록.
  3. 골재와 바인더로서의 시멘트를 주요재료로 하고, 이것을 혼합교반한 볼록 재료를 성형형내에 채워서 성형하는 투수성 콘크리트블록의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 성형형으로부터 탈형하여 경화된 투수성 콘크리트 블록의 표면을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 콘크리트 블록의 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 투수성 콘크리트블록의 경화가 완료되기 전에, 블록을 상기 성형형으로부터 탈형함과 동시에, 블록표면의 시멘트분을 제거하고 이것을 경화시킨 후, 상기 표면연마를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 블록재료로서 제1의 블록재료와 제2의 블록재료를 준비하고, 성형형의 바닥부에 제1의 블록재료를 얇은층 형상으로 채우고. 다시 이 얇은층 형상의 제1의 블록재료의 윗쪽에 제2의 블럭재료를 층형상으로 채워서, 상기 제 1의 블록재료와 제2의 블록재료로 된 투수성 콘크리트 블록을 일체로 성형하고, 상기 제1의 블록재료로 형성한 투수성 콘크리트 블록의 표면을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
