Claims (8)
- 세라믹섬유와, 상기 세라믹섬유의 표면 및 세라믹섬유의 간격에 담지(擔持)된 제올라이트와, 금 및 철의 금속산화물로 이루어지고, 기체가 통과가능한 통기공을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취촉매체.
- 세라믹섬유와, 무기질바인더와, 제올라이트 미세분말을 주성분으로서 함유하는 혼합슬러리로부터 초지(抄紙)법에 의해 세라믹시트를 제작하고, 상기 세라믹시트에 파상(波狀)가공을 한 것을 적층, 성권(成卷)해서 허니컴형상으로 성형한 후 소성해서 복합담체(擔체)를 얻고, 염화금산 및 질산철을 함유하는 수용액을 상기 담체에 함침법에 의해 담지해서 촉매진구체(前馬區)로하고, 이것을 건조, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화촉매체의 제조방법.
- 세라믹섬유와, 무기질바인더와, 제올라이트 미세분말과, 금 및 철의 금속산화물로 이루어진 혼합슬러리로부터 초지법에 의해 촉매시트를 제작하고, 상기 촉매시트에 파상가공을 한 것을 적층, 성권해서 허니컴형상으로 성형한 후 건조, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취촉매체의 제조방법.
- 세라믹섬유와, 무기질바인더와, 제올라이트미세분말과 철의 금속산화물로 이루어진 혼합물슬러리로부터 초지법에 의해 촉매시트를 제작하고, 상기 촉매시트에 파상가공을 한 것을 적층, 성권해서 허니컴형상으로 성형한 후 소성해서 복합담체를 얻고, 또 염화금산을 함유하는 수용액을 상기 담체에 함침법에 의해 담지해서 건조, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취촉매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금의 함유량을 0.2∼0.9g/ℓ (촉매체용적)으로 하고, 또한 철의 함유량을 촉매체중량에 대해서 0.3∼1.5 중량%로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취촉매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매체를 공기분위기속 200∼350℃의 온도범위에서 소성한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취촉매체.
- 흡입구와, 배출구를 가진 덕트와, 이 덕트내부에 설치된 송풍기와, 세라믹섬유를 골격으로 하는 제올라이트다공체에 금과 철의 금속산화물을 함유시킨 제1의 탈취체 및/또는 망간과 철의 금속산화물을 주성분으로하는 제2의 탈취체로 구성되고, 상기 흡입구로부터 배출구에 이르는 공기류의 통기방향성을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1항의 탈취체를 흡입구로부터 흡인되는 공기류에 대해서 하류쪽에 배설하고, 제2의 탈취체를 상기 제1의 탈취체의 상류쪽에 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
