Claims (7)

  1. 부하 5kg, 온도 260℃하에 ASTM D 1238에 의해 측정한 용융유속(MFR)이 240~1200g/10분, DSC에 의해 측정한 융점이 234~240℃인 4-메틸-1-펜텐 중합체 또는 공중합체의 페레트를 실린더의 적어도 일부의 온도가 320~370℃이고, 모울드 온도가 55℃이하인 조건하에서 기판으로 사출성형하는 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체는 4-메틸-1-펜텐과 α-올레핀의 공중합체인 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실린더 온도가 335~350℃이고, 모울드온도가 10~50℃인 것이 특징인 광디스크 기판의 제조방법.
  4. 부하 5kg, 온도 260℃하에 ASTM D 1238에 의해 측정한 용융유속(MFR)이 240~1200g/10분, DSC에 의해 측정한 융점이 234~240℃이며, 4-메틸-1-펜텐으로부터 유도된 반복단위 94~99.5중량%와 4~24탄소수의 α-올레핀으로부터 유도되는 반복단위 6~0.5중량%로 된 4-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체의 페레트를 실린더의 적어도 일부의 온도가 320~370℃이고, 모울드 온도가 55℃이하인 조건하에서 기판으로 사출성형하는 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 실린더 온도가 335~350℃이고 모울드온도가 10~50℃인 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 단독중합체 페레트를 사용하는 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 실린더의 온도가 335~350℃이고, 모울드 온도가 10~50℃인 것이 특징인 광디스크기판의 제조방법.
