Claims (4)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 안트라닐산의 알킬 에스테르를 불활성 용매중에서 1,3-디클로로-5,5-디메틸하이단토인과 0 내지 150℃ 온도에서 반응시키고, 혼합물로부터 알킬 3-클로로안트라닐레이트를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 3-클로로안트라닐산의 알킬 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 용매가 할로겐화된 탄화수소 용매인 방법.
- 알킬 3-클로로안트라닐레이트와 혼합된 5-클로로안트라닐레이트를 알킬 5-클로로안트라닐레이트의 당량당 아세트산 무수물 1.0 내지 1.2당량과 접촉시켜 알킬 N-아세틸-5-클로로 안트라닐레이트와 알킬 3-클로로안트라닐레이트의 혼합물을 수득하고 아세틸화되지 않은 3-클로로 이성질체로부터 아세틸화된 5-클로로 이성질체를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 상응하는 5-클로로안트라닐레이트로부터 알킬 3-클로로안트라닐레이트를 분리하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분리를 가용성의 차이를 기초로 하여 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
