Claims (3)
- 철계 모재 금속위에 비산화성 분위기로 시일드해서 필요성분의 매트릭스를 형성하도록 와이어를 도포하여 용착하는 단계와; 그 매트릭스 용융풀속에 입경 0.5내지 3.0mm의 초경합금입체를 정률로 첨가하는 단계와; 도포층의 30내지 70중량%를 차지하는 초경합금입체인 복합 조직을 형성하도록 매트릭스속에 상기 초경합금 입체를 균등하게 분산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 도포층의 용접 방법.
- 철계 모재금속위에 용착한 도포층이 30내지 70중량%를 차지하는 입경 0.5내지 3.0mm로 되어 있는 초경합금입체와, 그 초경합금입체 주위에 합금 성분의 일부를 포함하는 경계층을 개입시켜 각 입체 사이를 연결하는 저탄소의 철강 재료를 매트릭스로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인성을 갖춘 내마모재.
- 철계 모서리 금속위에 용착한 도포층이 30내지 70중량%를 차지하는 입경 0.5내지 3.0mm로 되어 있는 초경합금입체와, 그 초경합금입체 사이를 연결하여 침형상의 미세한 금속 탄화물을 주체로 하는 탄소를 3내지 7%함유한 주철 재료를 매트릭스로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 찰과 마모에 대한 내마모재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
