Claims (10)
- 결정성 물질을 하소시키기 전 또는 하소시킨 후에 일반식 M′X′Y′n의 화합물[여기에서, M′는 원소 주기율표의 ⅡA, ⅢA, ⅣA, ⅤA, ⅥA, ⅦA, IB, ⅡB, ⅢB, ⅣB ⅤB 및 ⅥB족 원소중에서 선택되고, X′는 할라이드, 하이드라이드, C1-6알콕시드, C1-18알킬, C1-18알케닐 및 C1-18아릴, 아세테이트, C1-18아릴옥사이드, 술포네이트 및 니트레이트중에서 선택되며, Y'는 X'아민, 포스핀, 술피드, 카르보닐 및 시아노중에서 선택되고, n은 1 내지 5이다]을 포함하는 처리조성물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하소시킨 후에 18옹스트롬 단위 이상의 d-간격에서 적어도 하나의 피이크를 가지는 X-선 회절패턴을 나타내고, 6.7KPa(50토르) 및 25℃에서 100g당 15g벤젠 이상의 벤젠 흡수용량을 갖는 무기, 다공성, 비-적층형 곁정성 물질을 변형시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 -70℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 0.1 내지 100시간동안 수행하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 25℃ 내지 100℃에서 0.1 내지 30시간동안 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, M'가 ⅣA, ⅥA, ⅧA, ⅢB 및 ⅣB족 원소중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, M'가 Ti, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, B, Al 및 Si중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, X'가 할라이드, 하이드라이드, C1-6알콕시드 및 아세테이트중에서 선택되는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서. 결정성 물질이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 방법.Mn/q(Wa Xb Yc Zd Oh)상기식에서.
