  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 -70℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 0.1 내지 100시간동안 수행하는 방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 25℃ 내지 100℃에서 0.1 내지 30시간동안 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, M'가 ⅣA, ⅥA, ⅧA, ⅢB 및 ⅣB족 원소중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, M'가 Ti, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, B, Al 및 Si중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, X'가 할라이드, 하이드라이드, C1-6알콕시드 및 아세테이트중에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Y′가 아민, 술피드 및 C1-15알킬중에서 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, M′X′Y′n가 크로뮴 아세테이트, 크로뮴 니트레이트, 테트라에틸오르토실리케이트, 테트라메틸오르토실리케이트, 티타늄테트라에톡사이드, 알루미늄이소프로폭사이드, 알루미늄, 트리-2급-부톡사이드, 헥사메틸디실라잔, 디-2급-부복시알루미녹시트리에톡실란, 디에틸포스파토에틸트리에톡시실란, 트리메틸보레이트, 알킬이 C1-18알킬인 클로로디메틸알킬실란, 암모니아-보란, 보란-테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸술피드-디브로모보란 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
