Claims (8)

  1. 본 명세서의 표 1-A에 명시된 바와같은 X선 회전패턴을 지니는 것을 특징으로하는 실리콘, 인 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 결정질의 합성물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하소후, 본 명세서의 표 1-B에 명시된 바와 같은 X-선 회절패턴을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정질의 합성물질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 결정질의 합성물질.
    상기식에서, M은 m가의 양이온이며, N은 n가의 음이온이며, A는 유기물질이며, v는 A의 몰수이며, w는 H2O의 몰수이며, x와 y는 -1 보다 크며 +1보다 적은 수로서, (1) x가 0인경우 y는 0가 아니며 (2) y가 0인 경우 x는 0가 아니며, (3) 는 x+y는 0.001보다 크고 1보다 작다는 관계를 만족함.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 무수상태에서 하기와 같은 조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 결정질의 합성물질.
    상기식에서, M은 m가의 양이온이며, N은 n가의 음이온이며, x와 y는 -1보다 크며 +1 보다 작은 수로서, (1) x가 0인경우 y는 0가 아니며 (2) y가 0인 경우 x는 0가 아니며, (3) 는 x+y는 0.001보다 크고 1보다 작다는 관계를 만족함.
  5. 제1항-제4항의 어느한 항에 있어서, 원래의 양이온이 수소, 수소선구물질, 회토류금속 및 원소주기율표의 제 IA, ⅡA, ⅢA, ⅣA, IB, ⅡB, ⅢB, ⅣB 및 Ⅷ족 금속으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 양이온 또는 양이온 혼합물로 치환된 결정물질.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결정물질을 열처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 결정물질.
  7. 1-90중량 퍼센트의 상기 제 1-6항중 어느한항의 결정물질과 10-99중량퍼센트의 매트릭스물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 촉매조성물.
  8. 유기화합물의 전화용 촉매로서의 상기 제 1-7항중 어느한 항의 조성물.
