Claims (9)
- 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기에 있어서, 수정 발진기와, 입출력단이 상기 수정 발진기에 접속되고, 상기 발진기가 제1전류 레벨에서 발진을 행하는데 충분한 제1 이득을 갖는 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기와, 입력단이 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기의 입력측에 접속되고 출력측이 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기의 출력측에 접속되며, 상기 수정 발진기가 제2전류 드레인에서 발진을 행하도록 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스의 이득을 보정하는 제2이득을 갖는 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기를 구비하고, 상기 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기는 제1대역폭 제어신호에 응답하여 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기로부터 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기를 절연시켜서 제1전류 드레인에서 발진이 행해지도록 하고, 또한 제2대역폭 제어신호에 응답하여서 상기 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기가 상기 제1 트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기와 접속을 행하여 제2전류 드레인에서 발진이 행해지도록 절연 수단을 갖는 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기는 상기 수정 발진기의 발진을 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기로서 디제이블함으로서 밧데리 절연 제어 신호에 응답하는 밧데리 절약 수단을 갖는 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연 수단은 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기로 부터 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기를 절연시켜서 상기 수정 발진기의 발진을 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기를 디제이블시키도록 밧데리 절약 제어 신호에 응답하는 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전류 드레인은 제1전류 드레인보다 큰 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기는 CMOS NAND 게이트인 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 CMOS 게이트는 NAND 게이트인 이중 대역 수정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2트랜스 컨덕턴스 증폭기는 3-상태 출력을 갖는 CMOS 인버터인 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발진기는 외부 회로에 대해 구형파 출력 신호를 발생하는 파형 발생 수단을 구비한 이중 대역폭 수정 발진기.
- 제3에 있어서, 상기 발진기는 활성 정지 기간에 제2대역폭 제어 신호를 발생하기 위해서 밧데리 절약 수단에 응답하는 활성 검출기 수단을 구비하며, 상기 활성 검출기 수단은 발진기의 활성 검출에 이어서 제1대역폭제어 신호를 발생하며, 발진기의 신속한 시동은 제2대역폭 제어 신호로서 행해지고, 저전류 동작은 제1대역폭 제어 신호로서 행해지는 이중대역폭 수정 발진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
