Description
레이저 절단방법
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하기 위한 시스템을 도시하는 회로도이며,
제2도는 노즐 본체의 확대 단면도이고,
제3도는 절단시의 노즐 이송 속도를 도시하는 선도이며,
제4도는 절단속도와 찌꺼기 부착량의 관계를 도시하는 선도이고,
제5도는 보조 가스압과 찌꺼기 부착량의 관계를 도시하는 선도이다.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
Claims (3)
- 저압 공기인 보조가스를 써서 작업물 표면에 설정한 초점으로 향해서 레이저 빔을 조사함으로써 관통하는 단계와, 레이저 가공기의 노즐 본체에서 작업물로 향해서 조사되는 레이저 빔의 초점을 작업물의 뒷면 또는 그 근처에 설정한 상태에서 상기 노즐 본체에서 작업물의 절단부로 향해서 고압 공기를 분출시키는 단계 및, 절단시에 발생한 찌꺼기를 상기 고압 공기에 의해서 불어날리면서 작업물을 절단하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 절단 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통단계후에 절단 방향으로서 노즐 본체의 이송속도가 설정 속도의 10%, 20%, 40%로 단계적으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 절단 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절단시에 공급되는 고압 공기의 공급원이 8∼15kg/cm2의 압력 공급이 가능한 고압 콤프레서인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 절단 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
