제3도는 본 발명의 중합체 입자로 부터의 아세설팜 K감미료에 대한 향유리율을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)
- 경구-전달 가능한 매트릭스 물질, 각각의 내부는 다공성 그룹 구조이며 상기 경구-전달가능한 매트릭스 물질내에 분산된 다수의 중합체 입자, 및 상기 다공성 내부 그물구조내에 포획된 향 첨가제를 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스를 씹거나, 상기 매트릭스가 입안에서 용해되거나, 또는 상기 매드릭스가 액체첨가, 건조 블랜딩, 교반, 혼합, 가열, 굽기 및 조리로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 추가 과정을 거치게 될때 상기 향 첨가제가 유리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 향이 첨가된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경구-전달가능한 매드릭스 물질의 표면상에 외부적으로 분산된 상기 중합체 입자의 추가량을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 경구 전달 가능한 매트릭스 물질, 각각의 내부는 다공성 그룹 구조이며, 상기 경구 전달가능한 매트릭스 물질의 표면상에 외부적으로 분산된 다수의 중합체 입자, 및 상기 다공성 내부 그물 구조내에 포획된 향 첨가제를 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스를 씹거나, 상기 매트릭스가 입안에서 용해될때 상기 향 첨가제가 유리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 향이 첨가된 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경구-전달가능한 매트릭스 물질 내부에 분산된 상기 중합체 입자의 추가량을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 향이 첨가된 조성물.
- 내부가 다공성인 개방된 그물구조로 각각 규정되는 중합체 입자내에 향 첨가제를 포획시킨 후 경구 전달-가능한 매트릭스 물질의 내부 또는 표면에 상기 중합체 입자 다수를 분산시키는 것을 포함하는, 식용 조성물에 향을 첨가하는 방법으로서, 이때 상기 조성물을 씹거나 상기 조성물이 입 안에서 용해되거나 또는 상기 조성물이, 액체첨가, 건조블랜딩, 교반, 혼합, 가열, 굽기 및 조리로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 추가 과정을 거치게 될때 상기 향 첨가제가 상기 입자로 부터 유리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 향 첨가제 및 감미료가 혼입된 검 매트릭스 물질, 및 각각의 대부가 다공성 그물구조이며, 상기 검 매트릭스 물질의 내부에 또는 표면상에 분산된 다수의 중합체 입자를 포함하며, 상기 향 첨가제 또는 감미료의 적어도 일부는 상기 다공성 내부 그물구조내에 포획되어 있고, 검을 씹을때 상기 향 첨가제 또는 감미료가 유리됨을 특징으로 하는 향이 첨가된 츄잉검 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 검 매트릭스는 스티렌-브타디엔 고무 및 치클로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 향 첨가제 및 감미료는 모두 상기 다공성 내부 그물구조내에 적어도 일부가 포획되어 있으며 검을 씹을때 상기 감미료가 유리됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제3항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자는 거의-와해되지 않으며, 가교-결합 밀도가 적어도 약 10%인 개방된-타공을 갖는 공중합체 비이드임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 스티렌-디비닐벤젠 또는 메틸 메타크릴레이트-에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 메타크릴레이트 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
