Claims (6)

  1. (a)가동금형의 배후로부터 밀어내기 압력을 부가함으로써 목적하는 성형품 용적이하로 수축시킨 캐비티 내부로 가소화 합성수지를 사출충전하고, (b)상기 가소화 합성수지를 사출충전 종료후, 가동금형의 배후로부터 부가하는 밀어내기 압력을 저하시켜, (c)상기 개비티내부에 압축되어 충전된 가소화 합성수지의 탄성회복응력에 의해 캐비티용적을 성형품용적 이상으로 확대시켜, (d)상기 탄성 회복응력이 완화된후, 다시 상기 가동금형의 배후로 부터 부가하는 밀어내기 압력을 상승시킴으로써 캐비티용적을 성형품용적까지 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 압축방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목적의 성형품 용적이하로 수축시킨 캐비티내부에, 캐비티내부로 사출충전된 가소화 합성수지의 수지압력이 적어도 탄성회복응력이 생기는 압력으로 상승할때까지 가소화 합성수지를 사출 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 압축방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐비티내부로 가소화 합성수지를 사출충전한후, 즉시 사출압력을 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 압출방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성회복응력에 의한 캐비디용적의 확대량에 규제를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출압력성형방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가동금형의 배후로부터 부가하는 밀어내기 압력의 저하 또는 상승은, 압력유를 배급함으로써 구동하는 압축실린더에 걸어 맞춰된 압축플레이트의 이동에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출압력성형 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 압축 실린더의 압력유의 배급은, 이 압축실린더와 압력유원과의 사이이 압력유관로(管路)위에 설치 될수있음과 동시에, 이 압력유 관로위에 설치되는 전자전환 밸브와 압축실린더와의 사이에 병렬로 배치되는 릴리이프밸브 및 첵밸브 또는 파일럿첵밸브에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출압축성형방법.
