Claims (4)
- 다음 일반 구조식(Ⅳ)의 레조르시놀 유도체를식중 R2및 R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1-2의 알콕시기이다.다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 에틸 오르토포르메이트와(C2H5O)3CH (Ⅳ)염기의 존재하에 70-100도의 온도에서, 레조르시놀 유도체 사용량 기준으로 0.3-2배량의 유기 용매, 바람직하게는 디메틸포름아마이드, 이소프로판을 또는 디메틸로름아마이드와 이소프로판올의 혼합용매의 존재하에 반응시키거나 또는 과량의 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 존재하에 환화반응시켜서 다음 일반구조식(Ⅷ)의 화합물의 20-70%중량의 과포화 용액을 제조하고,식중 R2및 R3는 전술한 바와같다. 반응용액을 냉각시킨후 계속해서 침전시킨후 여과하거나; 또는 반응용액에 극성 또는 비극성 용매을 가하여 부생물을 선택적으로 용해시키고 일반 구조식(Ⅶ)의 화합물의 침전을 여과시키거나; 또는 반응혼합물에 거의 같은 몰량의 무수 탄산칼륨을 가하고 생성된 다음 일반 구조식(Ⅴ)의 결정성 복염을 분리하고식중 R2및 R3는 전술한 바와같다. 얻어진 상기 일반 구조식(Ⅴ) 또는 (Ⅶ)의생성물을 이소프로필 할라이드와 반응시키고 분리함을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반 구조식(Ⅵ)의 오염물질을 0.5%중량이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의식중 R은 수소원자 또는 이소프로필기이며, R2및 R3는 전술한 바와 같다. 순수한 이소플라본 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 환화반응을 열처리를 행하여 80-90도의 온도에서 4-10시간동안 행하는 방법.
- 제1-2항에서 환화반응에서 생성된 에탄올을 저류시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1-3항에서 비극성 용매, 바람직하게는 톨루엔을 반응혼합물에 가하고 무수탄산칼륨을 40-80도, 바람직하게는 60도에서 가한 후에 복염을 형성시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
