제1도는 본 발명에 있어서의 기판압압장치의 정면단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 저면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 기판압압장치를 사용한 천공공정을 나타낸 공정도.

Claims (7)

  1. 프린트기관 천공기의 새들(11)에, 집진장치에 접속되고 또한 스핀들유닛(14)에 섭동가능하게 감합하도록 실린더(17)로 현수지지되고, 구멍을 뚫을때에 프린트기관(1)을 테이블(6)에 압압하도록 판 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치에 있어서, 기판압압장치(18)에 프린트기관(1)과의 접촉면의 외측에, 선단면이 상기 접촉면으로 부터 더욱 테이블(6)측으로 돌출하고, 그 축방향으로 이동가능한 상판압압수단(33,41,45,52,56)을 설치하고, 이 상판압압 수단을 기판압압장치(18)에서 발생하는 흡착력보다 큰힘으로 테이블(6)측으로 향하여 가세되는 가세수단(31,40,50,55)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상판압압수단(33,41,52)이 합성수지제의 링으로 구성되고, 가세수단(31,40,50)이 1또는 복수의 코일스프링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 링의 상면에 복수의 홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 링의 하면에 복수의 홈(41a)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상판압압장치(52)가, 소정의 간격으로 배치되고, 프린트기관(91)과의 접촉면이 프린트기판(1)에 형성되는 구멍보다 크게 형성된 복수의 핀으로 구성되고, 가세수단(50)이 각핀에 대응하는 복수의 코일스프링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상판압압수단(45)이 소정의 간격으로 배치된 복수의 브러시로 구성되고, 가세수단(31)이 각 브러시에 대응하는 복수의 코일스프링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가세수단(55)이 환상으로 형성된 고무로 구성되고 상판압압수단(56)이 가세수단의 단면에 소정의 간격으로 배치된 복수의 칩으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린트 기판 천공기에 있어서의 기판압압장치.
