Claims (18)

  1. a)급속용탈(溶脫)성 농약의 현탁액에 우레아, 티오우레아 또는 멜라민-포름 아미드의 중합체전구체 또는 그것의 혼합물을 첨가하며, 이때 상기 중합전구체 또는 그것의 혼합물은 상기 현탁액증에 혼화성있으며; b)농약주위에 가교결합된 중합체를 제공하기 위하여 상기 중합전구체를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 상기 급속 용탈성 농약의 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 농약은 결정형태인 방법.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캡슐화되는 농약이 pH4이상에서 난용성 형태로 현탁되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중합전구체가 멜라민-포름알데히드중합전구체 또는 멜라닌-포름 알데히드 중합전구체와 우레아-포름알데히드 중합전구체의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 캡슐화 방법은 상기 (a)및 (b)단계를 반복함으로써 연속단계로 실시되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 농약의 평균입자크기가 1내지 5μ인방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로캡슐 생성물의 입자크기가 10내지 50μ인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 농약이 알라클로르, 아세토클로르, 메토라클로르 및 2-클로로-N-{1-메틸-2-메톡시]-N-(2,4-디메틸-티엔-3-일)아세트 아미드 및 디캄바, MCPA 또는 2,4-D의 철 또는 알루미늄염으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 농약이 디캄바인 방법.
  10. 가교결합된 우레아, 티오우레아 또는 멜라민-포름알데히드 중합전구체 또는 혼합된 중합전구체내에 마이크로캡슐화된 급속용 탈성 농약을 함유하는 마이크로캡슐.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가교결합된 중합체가 멜라민-포름알데히드 중합체 또는 멜라민-포름 알데히드 중합체와 우레아-포름알데히드 중합체의 혼합물인 마이크로캡슐.
  12. 제10항 내지 제11항에 있어서, 결정화된 농약의 평균입자크기가 1내지 5μ인 마이크로캡슐.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 상기 농약이 알라클로르, 아세토클로르, 메토라클로르 및 2-클로로-N-[1-메탈-2-메록시]-N-(2,4-디메틸-티엔-3-일)아세트아미드 또는 디캄바, MCPA및 2,4-D의 철 또는 알루미늄염으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 마이크로캡슐.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 상기 농약이 디캄바인 마이크로캡슐.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항에 의한 마이크로캡슐과 함께 농학적 허용담체를 포함하는 농약 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 캡슐화되지 않은 농약을 추가로 함유하는 농약 조성물.
  17. 바람직하지 않은 해충이나 식물 생육 분포지역 또는 예상지역에 제10항 내지 제16항의 방벙에 의하여 제조된 마이크로캡슐의 유효량을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 상기 해충 또는 식물생육의 방제방법.
  18. 디카바 또는 MCPA의 철(Ⅲ)염 및 MCPA 의 알루미늄염으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 농약.
