제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명의 엔헨서인 2-히드록시-9-플루올레논과 공지의 앤헨서를 이용하여, CA 15-3의 분석을 행한 결과를 비교한 것이고,
제1도는 5초후의 발광강도의 SN비를,
제2도는 10초후의 발광강도의 SN비를 각각 나타내고,
제3도는 본 발명의 엔헨서를 발광계에 첨가하지 않은 경우로써, CA 15-3의 분석을 행하여, 결과를 비교한 것이다.
Claims (4)
- (a)페르옥시다아제 또는 페르옥시다아제 유도체, (b)산화제 및 (c)루미놀이소루미놀 또는 그들의 유도체의 반응에 의해 생기는 화학발광을 이용하여, 물질을 검출 또는 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 그 발광반응을 2-히드록시-9-플루올레논,〔식중, R1은 수소, CnH2n+1(여기서, n은 1-4의 정수를 나타낸다), XCnH2n(여기서, X는 F, Cl, Br 또는 I를 나타내고, n=1-4의 양의 정수를 나타낸다), CnH2n+1CO2(n은 전기정의와 동일), 페닐기, 나프틸기, CnH2n+1C6H4(n은 전기정의와 동일), YC6H4(Y는 F, Cl, Br, I 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다), XYC6H3(X, Y는 전기정의와 동일)〕을 나타낸다로 표시되는 옥사졸 유도체로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물의 존재하에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 발광분석방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ〕에 나타나는 화합물의 R1이 수소, 메틸기, 클로로멜틸기, 에톡시카르보닐기, 페닐기, 브로모페닐기, 메틸페닐기, 클로로페닐기, 나프틸기 또는 디클로로페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 고감동 발광분석방법.
- 일반식〔식중, R2는 XCnH2n(여기서, X는 F, Cl, Br 또는 I를 나타내고, n=1-4의 양의 정수를 나타낸다), CnH2n+1CO2(n은 전기정의와 동일), 페닐기, 나프틸기, CnH2n+1C6H4(n은 전기정의와 동일), YC6H4(Y는 F, Cl, Br, I 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다), XYC6H3(X, Y는 전기정의와 동일)을 나타낸다〕로 표시되는 옥사졸 유도체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅱ〕로 표시되는 화합물의 R2가 클로로멜틸기, 에톡시카르보닐기, 브로모페닐기, 클로로페닐기, 나프틸기, 디클로로페닐기인 또는 메틸페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 신규한 옥사졸 유도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
