제 2 도는 주입 최종단계에서의 시간에 대한 함수로서의 진동 특성을 보인 도표.

Claims (9)

  1. 배출공을 갖는 용융 금속 용기로부터 용융 금속 주입시의 슬래그 유출, 외류 또는 배출공 폐쇄와 같은 공정 교란변수를 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 용기(10) 또는 그에 결합되어 있는 연결 부품(15,16,18)에서 흐르는 용융 금속에 의한 진동을 측정하여 기대 진동 특성(45)과의 편차로부터 교란 변수를 검출함을 특징으로 하는 용융 금속 주입시의 교란 변수 측정방법.
  2. 청구범위 1 항에서, 주입 최종단계에서 용융 금속이 거의 배출되었을 때 와류에 의한 급격한 진동 특성(40)의 변화에 따라 용용 금속의 배출을 즉시 중단하거나 일정한 시간이 경과한 후 배출을 중단시키는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1 항에서, 베출공(13)의 축소가 요구하는 진동 특성에 대하여 진동 특성의 감쇄를 초래하고 그 결과 배출공 속으로 가스를 주입하거나 순간적으로 배출공의 개폐정도를 조절하거나 또는 축소를 경감시키는 기타 조치가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 1 항에서, 주입 고정이 주입중의 진동 특성이 요구하는 진동 특징으로부터 달라질 때 억제됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 진동 측정기(22)를 용기(10)나 용기 저면에 착설된 연결 부품(15,16,18)에 착설하여서 된 용융 금속 교란 변수 측정장치.
  6. 청구범위 5 항에 있어서, 진동 측정기(22)에 의하여 측정된 전기적인 신호가 측정 처리장치(20,24)에 의하여 측정신호를 평가하는 주입 공정 제어 컴퓨터(30)로 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 청구범위 6 항에서, 측정 처리장치가 교란 신호를 억제하기 위한 증폭기(20)와 필터(24)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 청구범위 5 내지 7항중의 한 항에서, 진동 측정기(22)가 압전 가속도계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 청구범위 5 항 내지 8항중의 한 항에서, 진동 측정기(22,22')가 주입관(18)을 지지하는 지지구(16)에 착설되었음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
