제3(A)도 내지 제3(C)도는 제2도의 연산증폭기 및 반전증폭기와 제1,2검파회로의 상세도.

Claims (6)

  1. 음성신호를 전기신호로 변환하는 마이크론폰(50)과, 전기신호를 음향신호로 변환출력하는 스피커(64)와, 공중망 접속단(66)과 송신신호 입력단(Ti) 및 수신신호 출력단(Ro) 사이에 접속되어 상기 송신신호 입력단(Ti)의 신호를 상기 공중망 접속단(66)으로 전송하고, 상기 공중망 접속단(66)으로의 수신 신호를 상기 수신신호 출력단(Ro)으로 출력하는 공중망 접속부를 구비한 핸드프리 작동의 유무선 전화기에 있어서, 상기 마이크로폰(50)과 상기 송신신호 입력단(Ti)사이에 설치되어 제1제어 전압의 레벨에 따른 이득으로 상기 마이크로폰(50)의 출력을 제어출력하는 전압 제어 감쇄기(54)와, 상기 수신신호 출력단(Ro)과 상기 스피커(64) 사이에 접속되어 제2제어전압의 입력 레벨에 따른 이득으로 수신되는 신호를 제어 출력하는 전압 제어 감쇄기(60)와, 상기 마이크로폰(50)의 출력신호를 정류하여 입력 음성신호 크기에 비례하는 정류전압을 출력하는 제1검파회로(78)와, 상기 수신신호출력단(Ro)의 출력신호를 정류하여 입력 신호의 크기에 비례하는 정류 전압을 출력하는 제2검파회로(90)와, 상기 제1검파회로(78)의 검파출력과 상기 제2검파회로(90)의 검파출력은 비교 증폭하여 송신신호가 수신신호보다 클때에는 그 차에 해당하는 소정 전압보다 작은 경사전압 신호를 출력하고 수신신호가 송신신호보다 클때에는 그 차이에 해당하는 소정 전압보다 큰 경사 전압을 전압 제어 감쇄기(60)으로 출력하는 제어전압 출력 수단과, 상기 제어전압 출력 수단의 출력을 반전하여 전압 제어 감쇄기(54)로 출력하는 반전증폭기(96)로 구성되어 송신 신호와 수신 신호의 비교값에 따라 상기 두 전압제어 감쇄기(54)와 (60)의 감쇄율을 상반되게 자동적으로 제어도록 동작함을 특징으로 하는 핸드 프리 유 무선전화기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 제2검파회로(78)(90)의 응답 특성이 1msec정도의 상승 특성과 200msec정도의 하강 특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1검파회로(78)의 출력단과 상기 제어전압 출력수단의 송신신호 입력단자 사이에 상기 검파회로(78)의 출력을 입력하여 출력하는 제1출력패스와 입력되는 송신 신호로 부터의 연속적인 잡음을 검출하는 잡음 검출 회로를 가지며, 상기 잠음 검출회로가 잡음을 검출시 상기 제1출력 패스의 출력이 예정된 2진 제1상태로 스위칭 출력하는 잡음 이득 제어부(84)를 더 포함되 상기 마이크로폰(50)의 출력신호에 연속적인 신호를 특징으로 하는 잡음을 검출하여 상기 전압 제어 감쇄기(54)의 감쇄율을 더 크게 제어함을 특징으로 하는 핸드프리 작동의 유무선 전화기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 잡음 이득 제어부(84)의 제1패스 출력과 상기 제2검파회로(90)의 출력 모두가 2진 제2상태 신호일대 하울링 방지를 위한 2진 제2상태의 레벨을 가지는 제어신호를 상기 전압 제어감쇄기(54)(60)의 제어전압으로 출력하는 게이트(92)를 더 구비하여 아울링을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 제1, 제2검파회로(78)(90) 각각이 적어도 1msec 정도의 상승특성으로 입력신호에 고속 응답하여 출력하며, 입력신호가 차단시 200msec정도 저속 응답하여 출력하는 정류기(74)와, 상기 정류기(74)의 출력을 드라이브하는 버퍼(76)로 각각 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 이득 제어부(84)가 상기 제1검파회로(78)의 출력으로 부터 연속되는 잡음을 검출하여 2진 제2상태의 신호를 출력하는 잡음 검출회로(80)와, 상기 제1검파회로(78)의 출력을 상기한 낸드게이트(92)의 일측에 제공하는 제1패스를 가지며, 상기 잡음 검출회로(80)의 2진 제2상태 신호 출력에 응답하여 상기 제1패스를 차단하고 2진 제1상태 신호를 스위칭 출력하는 스위치982)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회로.
