Claims (18)
- 우레톤이민 변성 폴리이소시아네이트 및 히드록시, 아미노 및 카르복실산기가 전혀 없는 비이온계 표면 활성제로 이루어진, 전체 조성물을 기준으로 4 내지 75중량%의 우레톤이민 변성 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 조성물을 기준으로 5 내지 50 중량%의 우레톤이민 변성 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, NCO 함량이 전체 조성물을 기준으로 20 내지 32%인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 방향족 디이소시아네이트 또는 고 관능성의 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄-4,4-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄-2,4'-디이소시아네이트와 또는 그의 이성질체 혼합물인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 다량의 2,4-이성질체를 함유하는 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트와 디페닐메탄-2,4'-디이소시아네이트의 이성질체 혼합물인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 15% 이상의 2,4'-이성질체를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 15 내지 40%의 2,4-이성질체를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이온계 표면 활성제의 양이 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.1 내지 15중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온계 표면 활성제가 하기 일반식을 가지는, 디이소시아네이트 또는 고 관능성의 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 모노알킬 에테르와의 반응 생성물인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.RO(CH2CH2O)nCONHX상기 식 중, R은 C1-4이고, n은 화합물이 평균 5 이상의 옥시에틸렌기를 함유하도록 하는 정수이고, X는 1이상의 유리 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트의 잔기이다.
- 제10항에 있어서, n이 평균 5 내지 120을 나타내는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 15% 이상이 2,4'-이성질체를 함유하는 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트 및 디페닐메탄-2,4'-디이소시아네이트의 이성질체 혼합물이고 비이온계 표면 활성제의 양이 전체 조성물을 기준으로 0.1 내지 15중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 15 내지 40%의 2,4-이성질체를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 15 내지 50%의 우레톤이민 변성 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 수성 에멀젼.
- 제15항에 있어서, 99 내지 25 중량부의 물 및 1 내지 75중량부의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물로 이루어지는 수성 에멀젼.
- 폴리이소시아네이트의 우레톤이민 변성시키는 단계 및 이 우레톤이민 변성 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리이소시아네이트와 히드록시, 아미노 및 카르복실산기가 전혀 없는 비이온계 표면 활성제와의 반응에 의해 얻어진 화합물과 반응시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 이 단계들을 임의의 순서로 행하는 제1 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 우레톤이민 변성 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조한 다음, 히드록시, 아미노 및 카르복실산기가 전혀 없는 비이온계 표면 활성제를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어진 제1 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
