제2도는 메쉬 벨트식 흑화로의 각 처리대의 온도를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (5)

  1. Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeO로 되어 있는 산화막을 형성하는 제1처리에 이어서 Fe2O3를 환원하는 제2처리를 함으로써, 섀도우 마스크 표면에 Fe3O4,를 주체로 하는 산화막을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 Ni-Fe계 섀도우 마스크의 흑화 처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1처리를 가습 발열형 가스와 공기의 혼합 분위기 중에서 실시하고, 제2처리를 가습 발열형 가스의 분위기중에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 Ni-Fe계 섀도우 마스크의 흑화 처리 방법.
  3. 흑화 온도로 유지되는 흑화 처리대의 소정의 천장부에 배기 덕트를 설치하고, 흑화 처리대를 장입측 대역과 배출측 대역으로 구획함과 아울러 장입측 대역에 가습 발열형 가스와 공기를 공급하는 한편 배출측 대역과 냉각대에는 가습 발열형 가스를 공급함을 특징으로 하는 장입대, 흑화 처리대 및 냉각대를 포함하는 메쉬 벨트식 흑화로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 로의 천정부의 배기 덕트의 위치에 설치된 한쌍의 격벽에 의하여 흑화 처리대를 장입축 대역과 배출측 대역으로 구획함을 특징으로 하는 메쉬 벨트식 흑화로.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 가습 발열형 가스와 공기의 혼합 가스를 로의 장입대속으로 공급하는 제1 공급관과 가습 발열형 가스만을 로의 배출대 속으로 공급하는 제2 공급관이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 메쉬 벨트식 흑화로.
