Abstract
PURPOSE: To save energy and reduce cost through regeneration of absorbent with recovered heat fed to a dehumidifying means for oxygen enriching provided on the upstream of the air compressor from a heat exchange provided on the downstream thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A combustion air delivered as a hot air after compressed with an air compressor 4 is fed to a hot blast stove 5 as reduced in the temperature passing through a heat exchanger. A regeneratove air inducted by a blower is fed to a heat exchanger 12 and then, sent as a hot air to a dehumidifying means 11 for oxygen enriching to remove moisture and N2 gas contained in the combustion gas fed by the air compressor 4. Structurally, the air fed to the hot blast stove is heated with a predheater. Therefore, heat of air is increased in the heat exhange with exhaust through the preheater, even if the temperature thereof is lowered passing through the heat exchanger. In this manner, decline in the efficiency can be eased, thereby affording oxygen enriched air at a low cost.
