Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of dewpoint phenomenon by a method wherein an exposed portion of a stack is fabricated to retain heat and a sudden cooling of the stack due to cold wind, cold weather or the like is prevented while a predetermined temperature of exhaust gas is kept at all times.
CONSTITUTION: A duct 4 is arranged from a part of a furnace body 1 of various boilers and a hot air ventilating port or hot air ventilating ducts 2 to a suction portion of a combustion machine 3 and an edge port of the duct 4 is positioned spacing a slight distance from the suction port, further, an exposed portion of a stack 5 is worked to retain heat with a heat retaining material 6 or hot air is supplied into a space of the heat retaining work to keep a high temperature in the space. Thereby, the hot air is supplied to the combustion machine 3 through the duct 4 for the combustion thereof under sucking a necessary amount of the hot air, and thus, reducing of a temperature in a furnace of the combustion machine is prevented, the temperature is equalized, rising of a temperature of exhaust gas and generation of a dewpoint phenomenon is prevented, thereby, generation of the dewpoint phenomenon may by prevented by preventing the stack from cooling due to open air by heat retaining of the stack.
