Claims (14)

  1. 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 디스크를 수용하며 디스크의 내주변과 외주변을 거쳐 상기 디스크의 주면의 일부를 외측에 놓기 위한 적어도 하나의 주면내에 구경을 가지는 카트리지 주본체와, 상기 구경을 개방하기 위한 상기 카트리지 주본체에 의해 가동 지지된 셔터 부재와, 기부 단부 주위에 회전을 위해 상기 카트리지 주본체내에 지지된 기부 단부를 가지며 상기 구경 폐쇄의 위치에서 상기 셔터부재 유지를 위해 적용되는 유지부재를 구비하며, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 구경을 개폐하기 위한 판부분과, 상기 유지 부재의 자유단과 결합된 상대 결합부와, 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부에 제공된 셔터 개방홈안으로 삽입하기 위해 적용된 삽입부와 상기 판 부분을 상기 삽입 부분에 연결하기 위한 연결부분을 구비하며, 상기 판 부분, 상기 상대 결합부, 상기 삽입부와 상기 연결부분이 금속 재료를 굽힘으로서 일체 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입부는 상기 연결 부분의 일부를 굽힘으로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재에는 상기 카트리지 주본체에 대해 상기 셔터 부재의 이동방향에 평행 연장되는 러그가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연장부는 상기 연결부분과 일체 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  5. 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 디스크를 수용하며 디스크의 내주변과 외주변을 거쳐 상기 디스크의 주면의 일부를 외측에 놓기 위한 적어도 하나의 주면내에 구경을 가지는 카트리지 주본체와, 상기 구경을 개방하기 위한 상기 카트리지 주본체에 의해 가동 지지된 셔터 부재와, 기부 단부 주위에 회전을 위해 상기 카트리지 주본체내에 지지된 기부 단부를 가지며 상기 구경 폐쇄의 위치에서 상기 셔터부재 유지를 위해 적용되는 유지부재를 구비하며, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 구경을 개폐하기 위한 판부분과, 상기판 부분을 지지하며, 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부에 제공된 셔터 개방홈에 결합되도록 적용된 상대 결합부를 가지는 슬라이드부를 구비하며, 상기 판 부분, 상대 결합부와 상기 슬라이드부분이 합성 수지 재료로 일체 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 판 부분은 상기 카트리지 주본체에 대해 상기 슬라이드부의 이동 방향에 수직인 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재의 상기 슬라이드부는 상기 카트리지 주본체에 대해 상기 슬라이드부의 이동방향에 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 한쌍의 러그를 구비하며 상기 러그중의 적어도 하나가 상기 셔터 개방홈과 결합된 결합부분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  8. 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 디스크를 수용하며 디스크의 내주변과 외주변을 거쳐 상기 디스크의 주면의 일부를 외측에 놓기 위한 적어도 하나의 주면내에 구경을 가지는 카트리지 주본체와, 상기 구경을 개방하기 위한 상기 카트리지 주본체에 의해 가동 지지된 셔터 부재와, 기부 단부 주위에 회전을 위해 상기 카트리지 주본체내에 지지된 기부 단부를 가지며 상기 구경 폐쇄의 위치에서 상기 셔터 부재 유지를 위해 적용되는 유지 부재와, 상기 카트리지 주본체의 삽입방향에 평행한 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부에 제공된 셔터 개방홈과, 상기 셔터 개방홈으로 제공된 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부를 따라서 형성된 셔터 개방부재를 위한 여유부분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 개방홈은 삽입 방향으로 전방단부에서 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 여유부분은 상기 셔터 부재가 상기 셔터부재에 의해 상기 구경을 개방하는 위치로 이동된 상기 셔터 개방홈내의 위치에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  11. 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 디스크를 수용하며 하나의 주면에 라벨 영역을 구비하며 디스크의 내주변과 외주변을 거쳐서 상기 디스크의 주면의 일부를 외측에 놓기 위해 다른 주면내에만 구경을 가지는 카트리지 주본체와, 상기 구경을 개방하기 위한 상기 카트리지 주본체에 의해 가동 지지된 셔터 부재와, 기부단부 주위에 회전을 위해 상기 카트리지 주본체내에 지지된 기부 단부를 상기 구경 폐쇄의 위치에서 상기 셔터 부재 유지 부재를 위해 적용되는 유지 부재를 구비하며, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 구경을 개폐하기 위한 판부분과, 상기 유지부재의 자유단과 결합된 상대 결합부와, 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부에 제공된 셔터 개방홈안으로 삽입하기 위해 적용된 삽입부와 상기 판부분을 상기 삽입 부분에 연결하기 위한 연결부분을 구비하며, 상기 판 부분, 상기 상대 결합부, 상기 삽입부와 상기 연결부분이 금속 재료를 굽힘으로서 일체 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 셔터 개방 부재를 위한 여유부분은 상기 셔터 개방홈에 제공된 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부를 따라서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  13. 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 디스크를 수용하며 하나의 주면에 라벨 영역을 구비하며 디스크의 내주변과 외주변을 거쳐서 상기 디스크의 주면의 일부를 외측에 놓기 위해 다른 주면내에만 구경을 가지는 카트리지 주본체와, 상기 구경을 개방하기 위한 상기 카트리지 주본체에 의해 가동 지지된 셔터 부재와, 기부 단부 주위에 회전을 위해 상기 카트리지 주본체내에 지지된 기부 단부를 가지며 상기 구경 폐쇄 위치에서 상기 셔터 부재 유지 부재를 위해 적용되는 유지부재를 구비하며, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 구경을 개폐하기 위한 판부분과, 상기 판부분을 지지하며, 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부에 제공된 셔터 개방홈에 결합되도록된 상대 결합부를 가지는 슬라이드 부분을 구비하며, 상기 판부분, 상기 상대 결합부 및 상기 슬라이드부가 합성수지 재료로 일체 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 셔터 개방 부재를 위한 여유 부분은 상기 셔터 개방홈이 제공된 상기 카트리지 주본체의 측면부를 따라서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
