Claims (1)

  1. 테이프는 가이드하는 가이드에 고정부착한 초음파가진자에 의하여 가이드를 정재파 진동시키도록한 테이프 가이드장치에 있어서, 상기 초음파가진자에 공급하는 구동신호에 관련하여 온도보상을 행하는 온도보상수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 가이드장치.
