Claims (1)

  1. 도면에 표시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이, 구동코일에 가해지는 구동펄스에 의해 이 자왜지연선(磁歪遲延線)에 자왜진동을 발생시켜, 이 자왜진동을 자왜지연선 근방에 배설된 제1의 검출코일로 검출토록 한 위치 검출장치에 있어서, 구동코일과 소정의 거리를 두고 제2의 검출코일을 고정배치하고, 자왜진동이 제1의 검출코일에 도달하는 시간과 제2의 검출코일에 도달하는 시간과 소정의 거리에 의거하여 제1의 검출코일의 위치를 산출토록한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출장치.
