Claims (1)

  1. 도면에 표시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 구동코일에 가해지는 구동펄스에 의해 발생한 자계를 자왜지연선(磁歪遲延線)에 가함으로써, 이 자왜지연선에 자왜진동을 발생시켜, 이 자왜진동을 상기 자왜지연선의 근방에 배설된 검출코일로 검출하도록 한 위치 검출 장치에 있어서, 구동코일에 구동 펄스가 발생한 것을 검출하고, 이 검출시점으로 부터 검출코일에 의한 자왜진동의 검출시점 까지의 시간을 측정토록 한것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출장치.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
