제3도는 본 발명에 디른 선택적인 음식물 패키지에서 새롭고 개선된 선택적인 실시예를 도시하는 부분 확대도.

Claims (11)

  1. 재밀폐 가능한 음식물 패키지에 있어서, 편평한 주연 플랜지부와, 이격 관계로 상기 주연 플랜지부에 평행하게 연장되는 높여진 주 표면에 의해 한정되는 중앙 음식 접촉 플랫포옴과, 상기 음식 접촉 플랫포옴과 주연 플랜지부 사이에서 연장되고 그것들을 상호 접속시키는 수직 사이드벽부를 구비하는 대기판부재와; 음식물 수용 공동을 한정하는 몸체부 및 편평한 주연 플랜지부를 포함하고, 덮개의 플랜지부가 기판의 플랜지부와 면대면으로 접촉되도록 위치될 때 상기의 주연 플랜지부에 인접한 덮개 몸체의 가장자리가 높혀진 플랫포옴과 사이드벽 부를 삽통식으로 수용하도록 형상화된 리셉터클 덮개부재와; 기판부재의 수식 사이드벽부 중간 높이로부터 외측으로 연장하는 적어도 하나의 러그 돌출부를 구비하는 조립된 상태에서 덮개부재와 기판부재를 함께 지지하고, 상기 러그 돌출부가 상기의 높혀진 주표면으로부터 이격되어 인접하도록 위치된 제1상부 반지름부 및 중간의 편평부와 제2하부 반지름부 그리고 제2 반지름부와 제1주연 플랜지에 인접한 수직 사이드벽의 하부 단부 사이에서 연장하는 챔퍼부를 포함하는 반-타원형의 단면을 갖도록 구성되고, 대응하는 반-타원형의 단면을 갖고 러그 돌출부를 완전히 삽통식으로 수용할 수 있도록 형상화 되고 덮개 부재의 여유부에서 한정되는 적어도 하나의 보조 러그-수용 리세스를 구비한 이탈 가능한 인터로킹 접촉수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기판과 덮개가 각각 독립된 성형부재에서 예비 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기판과 덮개가 탄성의 반-고형 열가소성 성형부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 음식물 접촉 플랫포옴과 몸체부는 각각 원형의 주연 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 음식물 접촉 플랫 포옴과 몸체부는 각각 직사각형의 주연 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기판과 덮개를 함께 밀봉하기 위하여 기판 주연 플랜지와 덮개 주연 플랜지부에 위치된 접착수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착수단이 기판의 수직 사이드 벽부에 바로 인접하여 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 개방후에, 전도되고 흔들어지는 경우에도 인터로킹 접촉 수단이 이탈을 야기하지 않고 다시 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  9. 재밀폐 가능한 음식물 패키지에 있어서, 편평한 주연 플랜지부와, 이격 관계로 상기 주연 플랜지부에 평행하게 연장되는 높여진 주 표면에 의해 한정되는 중앙 음식 접촉 플랫포옴과, 상기 음식 접촉 플랫포옴과 주연 플랜지부 사이에서 연장되고 그것들을 상호 접속시키는 수직 사이드벽부를 구비하는 대기판부재와; 음식물 수용 공동을 한정하는 몸체부 및 편평한 주연 플랜지부를 포함하고, 덮개의 폴랜지부가 기판의 플랜지부와 면대면으로 접촉되도록 위치될 때 상기의 주연 플랜지부에 인접한 덮개 몸체의 가장자리가 높혀진 플랫포옴과 사이드벽부를 삽통식으로 수용하도록 형상화된 리셉터클 덮개부재와; 기판부재의 수직 사이드벽부 중간 높이로부터 내측으로 연장하는 적어도 하나의 러그 수용 리세스를 구비하는 조립된 상태에서 덮개부재와 기판부재를 함께 지지하고, 상기 러그수용 리세스가, 상기의 주연 플랜지부로부터 이격되어 인접하도록 위치된 제1상부 반지름부 및 중간의 편평부와 제2하부 반지름부 그리고 제2반지름부와 높혀진 주 표면에 인접한 수직 사이드벽의 상부 단부 사이에서 연장하는 챔퍼부를 포함하는 반-타원형의 단면을 갖고, 대응하는 반-타원형의 단면을 갖고 러그 수용 리세스에서 완전히 삽통식으로 수용되도록 형상화되고 덮개 부재의 여유부에서 한정되는 적어도 하나의 보조 러그 돌출부를 구비한 이탈 가능한 인터로킹 접촉수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 패키지.
  10. 음식물 패키지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 러그 돌출부를 갖는 기판부재와 제1항에 한정된 러그 수용 리세스를 갖는 덮개부재를 분리하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 음식물 패키지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 러그 수용 리세스를 갖는 기판 부재와 제9항에 한정된 러그 돌출부를 갖는 덮개 부재를 분리하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
