제1도는 본 발명의 증류 프랜트를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. HF와 함께 비점이 유사한 공비물을 구성하는 플루오로카본, HF 및 HCl을 함유하고 가벼운 플루오로카본이 상기 무거운 플루오로카본 중량의 20%이하되는 양만큼 존재하는 생성물 스트림을 증류시키기 위한, 생성물스트림을 가벼운상이 HCl을 함유하고 무거운상이 상기 플루오로카본 및 HF를 함유하도록 분리하기위해 메인 중류탑으로 생성물스트림을 주입하고, HF와 상기 플루오로카본의 비점이 비슷한 공비물들을 함유하는 증기 사이드 스트림을 중류탑으로부터 추출하고, 그리고 냉각기가 부착된 정류컬럼속으로 사이드스트림을 주입하고 정류컬럼에서 나온 가벼운상이 더 가벼운 플루오로카본 공비물에 대해 더 무거운 플루오로카본의 중량을 50%이하 함유하도록 하는 정도의 높은 환류비로 작동시키고, 무거운 상은 메인증류탑으로 다시 주입시키는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물스트림내에 존재하는 더 가벼운 플루오로카본의 양이 더 무거운 플루오로카본 중량의 15% 이하인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물스트림내에 존재하는 더 가벼운 플루오로카본의 양이 더 무거운 플루오로카본 중량의 10% 이하인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물스트림내에 존재하는 더 가벼운 플루오로카본의 양이 더 무거운 플루오로카본 중량의 3% 이하인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류컬럼에서 나온 가벼운 상이 더 가벼운 플루오로카본 중량의 40% 이하되는 더 무거운 플루오로카본을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류컬럼에서 나온 가벼운 상이 더 가벼운 플루오로카본 중량의 30% 이하되는 더 무거운 플루오로카본을 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메인증류탑의 환류비가 2.5 : 1 내지 4 : 1 범위에서 작동되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 더 무거운 플루오로카본이 134a를 함유하고 더 가벼운 플루오로카본이 143a 함유하는 방법.
  9. HF와 함께 비점이 유사한 공비물을 만드는 플루오로카본, HF 및 HCl을 함유하고, 그러한 가벼운 플루오로카본의 양이 상기 더 무거운 플루오로카본의 중량20%이하로 존재하는 생성물스트림을 증류시키는데 사용하기위한, 공급물로서 생성물 스트림을 받고, 생성물스트림이 가벼운 상으로는 HCl을 무거운 상으로는 상기 플루오로카본을 함유하도록 분리시키는 메인증류탑, 냉각기가 부착된 정류컬럼, 상기 플루오로카본 공비물을 함유하는 증기사이드스트림을 메인 증류탑으로부터 추출해내고 그것을 정류컬럼속으로 주입시키는 수단, 그리고 상기 정류컬럼에서 만들어진 무거운 상을 메인증류탑으로 다시 주입시키는 수단, 정류컬럼으로부터 유도된 가벼운 물질이 더 가벼운 플루오로카본 공비물을 기준으로 50중량% 이하되는 더 무거운 플루오로카본 공비물을 함유하도록, 높은 함류율로 작동되도록 배열된 정류컬럼으로 구성된 증류 플랜트.
