제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른, 부품들이 장착된 캐리어를 그의 실제크기로 부터 여러 배로 확대시킨 확대 사시도, 제2도는 블랭킹(blanking)가공후 성형작업 이전의 상태를 나타내는, 제1도의 캐리어의 평면도, 제3도는 성형작업후에 그안에 부품들을 장착시킨, 제1도 및 제2도의 캐리어의 평면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 처리, 도금, 조립등의 목적으로 부품(12)들을 밀접한 중심과 중심 간격으로 운송할 때에 사용하기 위해, 일련의 부품 호울더(24, 36)들을 나란히 형성하도록 스탬핑 및 성형된 얇고 유연한 금속 시트립으로 이루어지는 캐리어(20)에 있어서, 각 부품 호울더가 기부(22)로부터 연장하는 한쌍의 간격을 두고 떨어진 빔(26, 38)들을 형성하도록 U-자형 단면모양을 가지며, 각 빔이 부품(12)을 상기 스트립의 길이에 대해 가로로 부품 호울더(24, 36)들의 상기 흠(30)들에 삽입할 때에 쉽게 휘어지는 탄성의 빔을 형성하도록 각 빔들 사이에 흠(30~34)이 있고, 각각의 상기 부품 호울더(24)들이 스트립의 세로측에 평행한 평면에서 인접부품 호울더(36)들에 대해 오프셋되어 있어, 부품 호울더들의 빔(26, 38)들이 방해없이 바깥쪽으로 휘어질 수 있게 하고, 상기 부품(12)들을 상기 부품 호울더(24, 36)들의 상기 빔(26, 38)의 흠(30)에 삽입할 때에, 상기 부품(12)들이 상기빔(25, 38)들에 의해 고착되는 캐리어(20).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흠(30)들이 U-자형 단면의 기부(22)안으로 연장하므로써, 상기 스트립이 주어진 반경(58)의 곡선표면 주위에 감겨질 때에 상기 빔들이 그안에 부품(12)을 삽입하기 위해 열려지고, 상기 스트립이 보다 큰 반경(54)의 곡률에 감겨질 때에 상기 빔(26, 38)이 상기 부품(12)들을 그안에 보지시키기 위해 또한 닫혀지는 캐리어(20).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기부(22)가 주어진 반경의 곡선표면 주위에 감겨질 때에, 상기 빔(26, 38)들이 상기 부품 호울더에 부품(12)을 보지하고 있는 기하하적 형상을 그대로 유지하도록 상기 흠(30)들이 상기 빔(26, 38)들 안에 존재하는 캐리어(20).
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흠(30)들이, 상기 부품 호울더(24, 36)들과 맞물리는 지점에 일반적인 직사각형 단면적을 갖는 부품(12)들을 수용하는 평행한 측면들로 통하는 비스듬함 깔대기 모양의 입구부분(28)을 포함하는 캐리어(20).
  5. 처리, 도금, 조립등의 목적으로 부품들을 운송하는 방법에 있어서, a. 편평하고 유연한 금속 재료의 기부(22), 및 기부(22)안으로 연장하는 홈(30)을 각각 갖고 기부의 평면에 직각으로 간격을 두고 떨어져 직립하는 일체의 빔(26, 38)들을 갖는 캐리어(20)을 제공하고, b. 상기 흠(30)에 의해 형성된 빔(26, 38)들이 벌어지도록 하기에 충분한 반경의 스핀들과 같은 표면 주위에 상기 캐리어(20)를 이동시키고, c, 부품(12)을 주어진 빔의 상기 흠(30)안에 삽입시키고, d, 상기 기부(22)를 곧게 펴서, 상기 부품(12)의 단면칫수에 대한 상기 빔들의 변형을 통해 상기 부품(12)을 수용하고 있는 상기 홈(30)을 탄성적으로 닫기 위해 상기 캐리어(20)을 이동시키고, e, 다음의 사용을 위해 부품(12)들이 장착된 캐리어(20)를 감는 단계들을 포함하는 방법.
