제1도는 본 발명에 따른 합성라이닝의 부분단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 라이닝이 의복의 외피와 결합된 상태의 부분단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 라이닝을 갖춘 의복이 제1실시예를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 외피와 내피를 갖춘 의복용의 방염합성라이닝에 있어서, 상기 라이닝이 제1면(4)과 제2면(5)을 갖춘 열복원성 섬유로 된 직물층(3)과, 이 직물층(3)의 제1면(4)에 점접착되면서 의복의 외피(2)에 접촉되도록 된 방수·통기성필름(6) 및 상기 직물층(3)의 제2면(5)과 접촉하도록 니이들펀치에 의해 이 직물층(3)과 결합되어 의복의 내면을 이루도록 된 보강부직층(8)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 재봉 및 니트로 짜여진 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재봉 및 니트로된 보강부직층(8)에 실이 추가적으로 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 니트에 의해 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 씨실을 삽입시켜 니트로 보강시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열복원섬유로 된 직물층(3)이 부직및 니이들펀치로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열복원성직물층(3)이 아릴아미드 섬유로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열복원성직물층(3)이 울섬유와 열복원성 섬유의 혼합물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(6)이 하이드로피릭으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(6)이 다공성인 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(6)이 폴리테트라 플루오르에틸렌(PTFE)을 기초로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름(6)이 니트로겐과 인을 함유하는 첨가물을 부가하여 방염처리된 폴리우레탄을 기초로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 열복원성섬유와 울의 혼합물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 방염처리된 코튼으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부직층(8)이 모다크리릭으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열복원성직물층(3)위에 필름(6)이 교차 연결접착제에 의해 점접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 의복용 방염합성라이닝.
