Claims (4)

  1. 디스플레이 데이타를 저장하는 기억 수단(25)과 ; 상기 기억 수단으로부터 픽셀 단위마다 출력된 디스플레이 데이타를 홀드하고, 상기 디스플레이 데이타를 디스플레이 하는 디스플레이 디바이스(37)와 ; 소정 시간 동안 재기록 되어 있지 않은 상기 기억 수단에 디스플레이 데이타가 저장되는지를 검출하는 검출 수단(41,47)과 ; 상기 디스플레이 디바이스에 판독 출력 데이타를 출력시키도록 상기 기억 수단으로부터 디스플레이 데이타를 판독 출력하고, 상기 검출 수단이 재기록되어 있는 디스플레이 데이타를 검출할때, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스에 상기 판독 출력 데이타를 공급하도록 상기 기억 수단으로부터 상기 디스플레이 데이타를 판독 출력하는 디스플레이 제어수단(43,45)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단은 상기 디스플레이 디바이스상에 디스플레이되는 데이타를 저장하는 제1디스플레이 데이타 기억 영역과, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스상에 디스플레이되지 않는 데이타를 디스플레이하는 제2디스플레이 데이타 기억 영역을 가지고, 상기 전자 장치가 소정 시간 동안 재기록 되어 있지 않은 상기 제1디스플레이 데이타 기억 영역에 데이타가 저장되는지 되지 않는지의 여부를 검출하는 디스플레이 데이타 재기록 검출 수단을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 디스플레이 데이타 재기록 검출수단 소정 시간 동안 재기록 되어 있지 않은 상기 제1디스플레이 데이타 기억 영역에 데이타가 저장되는지를 검출할때, 상기 디스플레이 제어 수단이 상기 기억 수단으로부터의 디스플레이 데이타의 판독 동작을 휴지 상태로 세트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단에 재기록전의 데이타와 동일한 데이타를 재기록하는지 하지 않지의 여부를 검출하는 일치 검출 수단과 ; 상기 일치 검출 수단이 재기록전의 데이타와 동일한 재기록된 데이타를 검출할때, 어떠한 데이타로 재기록되지 않음을 판정하고, 소정 시간 동안 재기록되어 있지 않은 상기 기억 수단에 디스플레이 데이타가 저장되는지를 검출하는 제2검출 수단을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 제2검출 수단이 재기록되어 있지 않은 디스플레이 데이타를 검출할때, 상기 디스플레이 제어 수단이 상기 기억 수단으로부터의 디스플레이 데이타의 판독 동작을 휴지 상태로 세트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
  4. 데이타를 입력하는 입력 수단과 ; 상기 입력 수단으로부터 데이타 입력에 상응하는 디스플레이 데이타를 저장하는 기억 수단과 ; 상기 기억 수단으로부터 디스플레이 데이타를 판독 출력하는 제어 수단과 ; 상기 제어 수단으로부터 픽셀 단위마다 판독 출력된 디스플레이 데이타를 홀드하고 상기디스플레이 데이타를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 디바이스와 ; 소정 시간 동안 상기 입력 수단으로부터 입력되어 있지 않은 데이타를 검출하는 검출 수단과 ; 상기 검출 수단이 소정 시간 동안 데이타가 입력 되어 있지 않음을 검출할때, 상기 제어 수단에 의해 디스플레이 데이타의 판독 동작을 휴지 상태로 세트하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
