제1도는 제공된 분석물에 있어 분석기에서 제공된 응답에 대한 기대된 농도의 교정 도면으로서, 선행기술의 문제점 및 해결 방법을 설명하는 교정 도면, 제2도는 제1도의 가로축만을 부분적으로 확대하여 본 발명을 보다 명확하게 한 도면, 제3도 및 제4도는 제1도 곡선에서 있을 수 있는 교정 계수값에 대한 3차원 공간의 평면도면, 제5도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 2가지 방법사이에 존재하는 차이점을 보여주는 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. n자리주로 한정된 유한 수치 체계를 사용하여 임상 분석기에 내재하는 테스트 요소의 로트에 대한 교정 곡선, 즉
    (1)C=a0+a1·R+a2·(R)k
    (여기서, C는 상기 분석기에 의해 분석되는 샘플액의 예측농도이며, R은 상기 분석기에서 실제로 측정된 응답이거나 그러한 응답의 육면체 스플라인 함수이고, k는 상기 분석기에 부어된 계수이며, a0,a1및 a2는 (10')자리를 사용하여 특정화될 수 있는 것 이상으로 변할 수 있는 교정 계수임)와 같은 수학 공식을 지니는 교정 곡선을 결정하는데 유용한 바코드 형태의 데이타를 제공하는 방법에 있어서, a)주어진 분석물에 대하여 제공된 3개의 농도값(C1, C2, C3)을 얻기 위해 있을수 있는 R값의 범위를 통계학적으로 분석함으로써 확인하여 이들 범위에 대해 높은 값(H) 및 낮은값(L)을 부셔하는 단계, b)상기농도에 대한 분석기 응답을 서로 관련시키는 교정곡선을 주어진 분석물의 제공된 로트에 대하여 계산하는 단계, c)상기 교정곡선으로부터 얻어지며 상기 C1, C2및 C3값에 해당하는 분석기 응답(R1,R2,R3)을 결정하는 단계, d)(2)Bi=(10'-1)(Ri-Li)/(Hi-Li)(여기서, Ri는 R1,R2또는 R3이며, Li 및 Hi는 상기 R1에 해당하는 L 및 H값임)와 같은 등식으로 부터 이들 R1,R2및 R3각각의 R1에 대한 바코드 값(Bi)를 계산한는 단계, e)Bi를 가장 근접하는 정수로 선정하는 단계, 및 f)Ri=R1,R2또는 R3각각에 대한 이러한 Bi갑을 바코드 형태로 공급하여, (10')자리를 사용할 경우에 특정화될 수있는 것 이상으로 상기 3개의 교정계수각각이 변할 수 있지만 (10')으로 될 수 있는 단지 3개의 세트가 상기 교정 계수에 해당하는 데이타를 따라 정확히 나아가는데 필요한 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, Bi의 저장값이 제공되는 경우 등식(1)을 Ri에 대하여 풀므로써 상기 단계 e)에서 공급된Bi값을 R1,R2및 R3의 실제값으로 변환시키는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, n=2이며, 상기 단계 a)는 상기 주어진 분석물에 대한 모든 테스트 요소에서 기대되는 평균값(M)을 결정하여 그 평균값으로 부터 표준편차(SD)를 결정하는 단계, 및 주어진 C1, C2및 C3값에 의해, H값으로서 (M+3×S.D.)값을 부여하고 L값으로서 (M-3×S.D)값을 부여하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
