Claims (10)
- a)1회 이상의 1차 단계에서, H2O2: 카르보닐화합물 몰비가 0.9내지 1.15(바람직하게는, 1.0 내지 1.1)의 범위이고, 카르보닐 화합물 전화율이 적어도 95%에 이르도록(바람직하게는, 96~99%에 이르도록)수행되고; b)최종단계(배출단계)에서, H2O2: 카르보닐화합물 몰비가 a)에서 보다 더 높은 수준, 즉 1.5내지 3.0 (바람직하게는, 1.5내지 2.2)임을 특징으로 하는, 규소, 티타늄 및 산소 기재 촉매 존재하에, 60°~100℃와 1.5~5bar에서, H2O2및 NH3로 카르보닐 화합물을 액상 암모옥심화(ammoximation)시키는 다단계 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일차 단계가 횟수가 1또는 2회이고 촉매가 티타늄 실리케이리트이며; 1차 단계로 부터의 배출물중의 잔류 카르보닐 화합물 농도가 1중량%(바람직하게는 0.5중량%)이하이고, 모든 단계에서 액체 반응 매질중의 암모니아 농도가 1.0 내지 2.5중량% (바람직하게는, 1.5내지 2.0중량%)의 범위이며; 1차단계에서의 비 생산성(specific productivity)이 6~12옥심 중량부/촉매부 시간의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 70°내지 90℃범위이고, 압력이 1.8내지 4bar범위이며, 촉매 농도가 1중량% 내지 15중량% (바람직하게는, 1중량% 내지 6중량%)범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종단계(배출단계)에서의 비생산성이 0.1~5(바람직하게는, 0.3~0.6)옥심 중량부/촉매부 시간의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, t-부탄올 및 톨루엔으로 부터 바람직하게 선택된 유리 용매의 존재하에서 수행되며, 이러한 용매 및 카르보닐 화합물 사이의 중량비가 2.5 내지 10의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액상 반응 매질중의 최대 옥심 농도가 10내지 30중량% (바람직하게는, 20내지 25중량%)의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 액체상에 부유하는 촉매 입자의 평균 크기가 1내지 100미크론(바람직하게는, 5내지 50 미크론)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐 화합물이 시클로헥산온, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 아세토페논, 시클로데칸온 및 엔안트 알데히드(enantic aldehyde)로 부터 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공비 증류에 의하여 반응 액체(배출 단계후)로 부터 옥심을 회수한뒤, 유기용매, 바람직하게는 톨루엔으로 추출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 단계에 사용되는 반응기가 CSTR형이고 다공성 여과요소를 장착하고 있으며, 그것의 동공이 촉매 입자의 평균 크기보다 작은 크기를 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
