Abstract

Processo in due stadi in fase liquida per la produzione d'ossime a 60-100°C e 1,5-5 bar che comprende:a) ammossimare in uno stadio primario un composto carbonilico con H2e O2e e NHe in presenza di un catalizzatore e base di silicio, titanio e ossigeno;b) ossimare il composto carbonilico residuo con una soluzione d'idrossilammina, ottenuta per ossidazione dell'ammoniaca con He Oe avente concentrazione tra 0,01 e 3%, preferibilmente trai 0,5 e 2% in peso, in modo tale da avere un rapporto molare idrossilammina/composto carbonilico compreso tra 0,9 e 3, preferibilmente tra 1 e 2.
