제1도는 본 발명의 제조과정을 예시한 순서도. 제2도는 본 발명의 도포장치부에 의해 하부강판으로 폴리우레탄 수지가 공급되는 상태를 나타낸 사시도. 제3도는 본 발명의 복합판넬이 접합장치에 의해 압착되는 상태를 예시한 종단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 제조과정에서 하부에 놓여지는 하부 강판부, 상부에 놓여지는 상부 강판부, 상기 상,하부 강판부들 사이에 그 폭이 상기 강판부들보다 작게되며 상기 강판부들 사이에 공간부들이 형성되도록 배치되어 접착되는 단열판재부 및, 상기 공간부들에 액체상태로 채워져 상기 단열판재부와 일체가 되도록 경화되는 단열체움부로 구성되는 복합 단열판넬.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단열판재부는 폴리스치렌 수지로 되고, 상기 단열채움부는 일정비율의 경화제와 발포제로 이루어지는 폴리우레탄 수지로 됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간부들은 상기 강판부들 보다는 그 폭이 작게되어 그 양측연부와 상기 강판부들 사이에 생기는 양측공간부들이 됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양측 공간부들에 채워지는 단열채움부는 판넬의 이음을 간편하도록 서로 맞댄접합이 가능하게 쪽매이음부의 단면형상을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간부들은 상기 하부 강판부의 돌출 꺽임부들과 상기 단열판재부 사이의 돌출 공간부들이 됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬.
  6. 강판들을 연속적으로 공급하는 언코일링 장치부, 상기 간판들의 단면을 필요한 형태로 프레싱 가공하는 프레싱 장치부, 상부 및 하부 강판들의 내부면에 접착제를 도포하는 도포장치부, 상부 및 하부 강판들 사이에 폴리스치렌 판재를 공급하는 단열판재 공급 장치부, 상기 강판들과 단열판재가 일체로서 접착되도록 하여주는 복합판넬 접착장치부 및, 성형된 복합판넬을 필요로 하는 길이로 잘라주는 절단장치부들이 순차적으로 배치되는 종래의 폴리스치렌 판넬의 제조장치를 개량하여, 하부 강판의 양측연부에 일정비율의 경화제와 발포제로 되는 폴리우레탄 액이 일정량씩 공급되는 폴리우레탄액 주입수단이 폴리스치렌 판재를 공급하는 단열판재 공급 장치부 바로전에 위치되도록 부가되며, 그 접착장치부는 상기 열압 로울러부와 하부 열압 로울러부의 양측연부에 캐터필러의 구조를 가지는 일측 및 타측 캐터필러부들이 배치되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬의 제조장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부의 열압 로울러들로 캐터필러의 구조를 가지도록 하여 폴리스치렌 판재와 상부 및 하부 강판들과의 접착작업이 보다 견고하게 수행되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬의 제조장치.
  8. 종래의 폴리스치렌 복합판넬 제조공정을 개량하여, 하부 강판이 소정의 형태로 프레싱되는 공정다음에, 폴리스치렌 판재가 공급되는 공정이전에, 하부 강판의 양측연부에 일정비율의 경화제와 발포제로 되는 폴리우레탄액이 일정량씩 공급되는 폴리우레탄액 주입공정이 삽입되며, 그 다음에 경유하게 되는 접착공정은 상부 열압 로울러부, 하부 열압 로울러부, 그 양측연부에 배치되는 일측 및 타측 캐터필터부(153),(154)들로 이루어지는 접착 장치부(150)를 통하도록 함으로써, 외부는 누출되지 않고 경화되는 폴리우레탄 수지의 쪽매이음부들이 폴리스치렌 판재와 일체가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 복합 단열판넬의 제조방법.
