Abstract
【解決手段】 連続供給される上面材12に発泡原料14を塗布するとともに、下面材11に大きさの異なる真空断熱材13を両面テープで接着固定し、発泡原料が真空断熱材13を埋設可能な状態に発泡した後、上面材12を接近しながら下面材11上の真空断熱材13に被せ、これらをサンドイッチ状に押さえて一定の厚みにして積層硬化させた後、カットするようにする。
これにより、真空断熱材13を発泡体14で覆った真空断熱パネル10をエア抜きの問題もなく、効率的に連続製造ができ、大きさの異なるパネル10も連続して製造することができる。

Description
図1〜図3は、この発明の真空断熱パネルの製造方法の一実施の形態にかかり、図1(a)は製造工程全体の概略構成図、図1(b)は大きさの異なる真空断熱パネルを製造する場合の製造工程の一部分の概略構成図、図2は一部分を拡大した概略構成図、図3はこの発明方法で製造される真空断熱パネルの一例の概略斜視図および断面図である。
この合成樹脂発泡体14は、厚みが9〜30mm、フォーム密度が20〜150kg/m3とされる。
この真空断熱パネルの製造方法では、例えば、いわゆるインバース式に構成された連続製造装置が用いられ、連続供給される上下面材11,12のいずれか一方、ここでは上面材12に合成樹脂発泡体14の発泡原料を塗布するとともに、いずれか他方、ここでは下面材11に真空断熱材13を接着固定し、合成樹脂発泡体14の発泡原料が真空断熱材13を埋設可能な柔らかい状態に発泡した後、上面材12を接近しながら下面材11上の真空断熱材13に被せるようにし、上下面材11,12を押さえて一定の厚みにして積層硬化させた後、カットするようにしている。
こうして真空断熱材13を下面材11の表面に接着することで、真空断熱パネル10としたときのそりや変形を防止する。

Claims (2)
- 真空断熱材を発泡体で覆った真空断熱パネルを連続して製造するに際し、
連続供給される上下面材のいずれか一方に発泡原料を塗布するとともに、いずれか他方に大きさの異なる真空断熱材を接着固定し、前記発泡原料が前記真空断熱材を埋設可能な状態に発泡した後、前記上面材を接近しながら上下面材を押さえて一定の厚みにして積層硬化させた後、カットするようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱パネルの製造方法。 - 前記真空断熱材が接着固定される前記上下いずれかの面材の表裏面に当該真空断熱材の位置を示すマーキングを入れるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空断熱パネルの製造方法。
