1-(4-클로로페닐)-에틸아민의 라세미체를 분할하여 수득된 결정화 모액을 후처리하는 방법

Claims (4)

  1. 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 1-(4-클로로페닐)-에틸아민의 라세미체를 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 S-(-)-N-페닐카르바모일락트산으로 분할하여 수득된 결정화 모액을 제1단계에서 증류시켜 용매인 에탄올을 제거하고, 제2단계로 잔류물을 3급-부틸 메틸 에테르 또는 톨루엔과 교반한 후, 생성된 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 라세미 1-(4-클로로페닐)-에틸아민과 (S)-(-)-N-페닐카르바모일락트산과의 결정성 염을 흡입여과하여 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 상기 결정화 모액을 후처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계를 0℃ 내지 60℃의 온도에서 수행하고 제2단계는 0℃에서 60℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계를 감압하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 압력이 1hPa 내지 100hPa임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
