Claims (16)

  1. 덮개부재와, 상기 덮개부재내에 수용된 폐기가능 유니트 용기를 구비하는 이중구조 필터용기에 있어서, 상기 덮개 부재가 라인의 배관에 직접 접속될 수 있는 베이스와 캡을 구비하고, 상기 캡을 상기 베이스에 부착함에 의해 상기 베이스와 상기 덮개가 일체화되며, 상기 유니트 용기가 소정 카트리지 필터를 내부에 수용하며, 상기 베이스 상에 제공된 액체흡기관과 액체배기관에 각각 맞물린 액체 유입구와 액체 유출구를 갖고, 상기 액체유입구와 상기 액체 유출구에 잠금밸브가 각각 제공되며, 그리고 유가로 상기 베이스상에 상기 유니트 용기를 끼움에 의해 개방되고, 상기 베이스로부터 상기 유니트 용기를 분리시킴에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기의 몸체 윗부분에 액체를 배기하기위한 작은 구명과 내부에서 상기 구명을 폐쇄하는 마개가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기의 몸체 측면상에 측면홈이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기의 몸체 위에 접혀지는 핸들이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 필터의 양끝단에 끝단캡이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 끝단캡이 상기 카트리지 필터의 위치를 정하기 위한 링형상 돌기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 유입구와 상기 액체 유출구가 상기 액체의 유로를 자동으로 제어하기 위한 잠금밸브를 각각 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 잠금밸브가 디스크 형상몸체, 상기 몸체의 측면에 지지된 복수의 다리, 그리고 상기 다리를 부드럽게 미끄러지게 하기 위한 가이드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  9. 내압과 내구성 구조를 갖는 덮개 부재와, 상기 덮개 부재내에 수용되고 1개 이상의 카트리지 필터를 수납한 폐기가능 유니트 용기를 구비하는 이중구조 필터용기에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기가, 상기 카트리지 필터의 끝면을 밀폐하기 위한 링형상 밀폐 모서리를 갖는 1이상의 상단캡, 끝단에서 상기 카트리지 필터의 내부 구멍에 끼워진 원통형 카트리지 스톱퍼를 갖는 하단캡, 그리고 상기 유니트 용기내의 상부와 하부에서 상기 상단캡과 상기 하단캡 사이에 유지되어 고정된 상기 카트리지 필터를 포함하는 교체가능한 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 벨트 형상 맞물림 부재가 베이스에 끼워지기 위해 상기 하단캡상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하단캡의 물레에 노치가 제공됨으로써 액체를 부드럽게 인도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하단캡이 상기 베이스에서 쉽게 위치결정되도록 하는 핀을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 베이스가 상기 맞물림 부재와 맞물리는 분할벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 액체유입구와 상기 액체유출구가 액체 흡기관과 액체 배기관에 의해 동작되는 잠금밸브를 상기 베이스내에 각각 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  15. 내구성과 내압구조를 갖는 덮개 부재와, 상기 덮개부재내에 동심으로 수용되고 1개 이상의 카트리지 필터를 수납하는 폐기가능 유니트 용기를 구비하는 이중구조 필터용기에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기가, 액체 유입구, 액체 유출구, 그리고 상기 개개의 입, 출구를 각각 폐쇄하는 잠금밸브를 갖는 디스크형상 베이스부재, 그리고 상기 카트리지 필터를 수용한 원통형 몸체 부재를 구비하며, 상기 몸체 부재가, 최소 1경사각을 갖는 원추형 어깨부를 형성하도록 역테이퍼된 하단을 제외하고는 상기 베이스부재의 지름보다 작은 지름을 갖고, 상기 베이스 부재와 접속되며, 상기 카트리지 필터가 상단에서 분리되어 독립적으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유니트 용기의 액체 유입구와 액체 유출구에 제공된 상기 잠금밸브가 상기 유입 또는 유출구를 볼록면으로서 폐쇄하는 구형 또는 원추형의 디스크 형상밸브부와, 상기 밸브부의 오목면측에 일단을 고정하는 코일 스프링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조 필터용기.
